Much improved garden centre,taken over by Blue Diamond and refurbished to a high standard.I enjoyed the visit to this store and cafe ( lovely coffee &cake) and found the prices ok too. bought 4 small house plants £3.49 but had a reduction 3 for £9.00 next visit Dec 23 used cafe still good and good choices too. Also had to buy a Christmas cactus for £3.99. Back Dec 24 still good but now decked out with their Christmas things.

Had a great selection of house decor and gifts plus obviously the plants but for us the main attraction is the restaurant. We regularly drive out here for breakfast. Top drawer food

The shop part is varied depending on the time of the year. It can look sparse and a strange collection, but other times it's full and good. The restaurant is both great and awful. I've been several times and still don't understand which order you get a table, choose food (from what looks like a counter, but you don't get the food from there) and order food. I feel like a naughty child when I get it wrong! But it's worth it. The salads and savoury foods are all really interesting and full of flavour, but the cakes, OMG the cakes are to die for!

Good selection of indoor plants I was interested in hence visit.
Clean and tidy considering change around of seasonal items.
Four stars as thought the food menu a bit overpriced looking at portions.

We had breakfast today. We ordered eggs benedict, would not have it again. Poached eggs were hardboiled, they should be soft & runny.

Had lunch while shopping, food was good when it finally arrived, waited 45 minutes after paying for it to be brought to our table.
