Terrible slow service 🐌 waiting around 25 minutes for a not even a lot of food . Never going back to this branch. You only survive on branding and not service. If this was a new restaurant chain with a different name it'd fail fast.

The food here was okay but oh my god the drive-thru was horrendous. I was in a rush to get to a rugby match and was supposed to be there by 8:55am but as I stopped at this McDonalds for breakfast they took over 20 minutes just for 2 breakfast rolls (both no egg), a hash brown and a breakfast wrap. Honestly I could even do this in less than half of the time. The purpose of McDonalds is that it’s a fast food, not to take 20 bloody minutes. Never going back here again and I highly recommend you don’t go here either. Heard a couple people saying that their food was late as well. I’m bloody outraged by this. Shame on the staff that work here.

Poor lad made to wear a beard net whilst the girls walked around with no hair nets on
No table service available for disabled customers
I went to use disabled toilet and couldn't lock it as they had plastered the lock catch with tape
Also the soap dispenser looked like it was growing something inside
Music also far too loud, couldn't have a conversation over it, although most of the music was good 😊

Last 2 visits (for takeaway) i had to return as they had not placed all the order in the bag on both occaisions 2 entire meals less drinks were left behind the till , also it was very quiet only 4 customers in inside should we have to check the order is complete or am i paying for that service. ...... so my advice is double check before you leave , they aplologised on both occaisions but was very annoying. all the other food was cold by the time we got home.

Been given an apple pie 1h after discard time. Told them and they took out the label and gave me the exact same pie. Burgers and fries were cold and we waited 20 min for our order.
