Great visit, well looked after by the team who you can see work really hard! Food was great for the price you pay! Great drink selection at reasonable prices. Nice cosy atmosphere. Good outdoor play area and would recommend to all. Keep up the great work you all work so hard in such a busy establishment 😉

Family meal was lovely. Staff were excellent and attentive. Would definitely recommend. Food was delicious 😋 garden is lovely and 4 out of 5 of us had steak and it was bloody lovely 😍 recommended. Great to see the carpet but shame they haven't changed the decor, tables and chairs. Keep up the good work team you work extremely hard 💪 i

great experience. the food is the best pub grub in the area! staff are very friendly and efficient! would highly recommend here to families and couples! great atmosphere and cosy! could benefit a refurbishment but very clean, nice to see a new carpet. just tables and chairs now 😁 please greene king

Food is always good here but the service just gets worse. Ignored by over worked staff, trying to attract anyone's attention is a nightmare. Food always comes out quickly and is always hot. Last time I went we got our food before our drinks got to us.

Took DIL for lunch. Food great, but Soda drinks surprisingly expensive. Also unexpectedly came in pint glasses. Not asked what size drink we wished for.

We always meet at QE , our friends come all the way from Milton Keynes and we all love it there. The staff are lovely, the food great and prices very good.

Good food, but shocking service. Apparently kitchen closes at 8:45 not 9 after being kept waiting by 5 members of staff behind the bar, only one of which was serving.
Go elsewhere if you have a choice. Their reply to atrocious service is to get the app, not take action (from the owners)

Went for Sunday lunch. Big mistake! The place itself in filthy and the tables given a very quick clean. Fortunately the plastic menus are large enough to cover your place settings. But the real slam dunk is the food. Absolutely atrocious slop and that's being generous. I had the turkey as the only other Sunday lunch choice was beef but that was off the menu!! I was served warm crap on a plate. The pressed turkey slices were sparce and tasteless with over cooked veg and small roast potatoes with bullet soapy tasting stuffing ball and a soft small yorkshire pudding and a dolop of smash. The gravy in a pot the size of a thimble was so thick it took two minutes to pour out. Either the food was tasteless or cold or both. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere or even pick up a microwave dinner from tesco's down the road, it will be Far better than this place. I left never to return and I advice anyone to give this place a wide berth.

Another Sunday lunch at the Elly, same great experience. Unbeatable for value (£11 ea, including a pint). Friendly, smiling staff, prompt service, hot food (plenty of it), great roasted spuds and lovely thick gravy. These guys have it nailed. Thanks!

Good experience. Was served at the bar by a kind gentleman named Jacob, so sweet! We were seated by a lady named Maddie, so was so kind and attentive throughout the night. Food had good prices but could have been better. There were many feral children running around- why does the restaurant not control this?

I am staying at a local hotel and this venue is handy due to location.
The staff are friendly and the food has been very good and arrives promptly even when busy.
It is highly popular with senior customers and has a generally good feel although the furniture and decor are very tired indeed with most seating heavily stained.

Had a lovely meal at the Queen Eleanor Pub. Served by Leanne. Good was great. Empty plates all round. Can’t recommend enough. Value for money.

Leanne did us proud nothing was too much trouble, she was extremely helpful and encouraged us to have the dessert which was on special today and it was delicious.
