Crap for both delivery and pick up. Staff can’t be arsed.
Delivery took over an hour and items were missing as well as incorrect burgers sent.

This being the closest mcdonalds to me is a hassle, used them for years with the hope they would improve, clearly not.
Everytime we have ever used the drive thru, food has always been cold, or something has been missing.
Anytime we have ordered through just eat, uber, whatever. Food has been cold or something has been missing, and I'm not sure how they can be so incompetent, it's like the blind training the blind there, yet when we are able we will usually order from oldbury branch, and never seems to be an issue, I understand it's easy to make a mistake from time to time, but not sure how they can mess up that frequently and often.. they all need sacking and new staff fully trained and put there.. can't remember the last time I had hot/warm food from this branch...

I suggest to McDonald's head office you sack the management here as this has to be the worst branch . I'm fed up of my orders from just eat being missing items . I've just put complaint to head office but going by reviews on just eat and here seems nothing is done. How can you miss the main item off a meal. Beyond a joke now . Dips are never put in and even straws sometimes missing. Are the staff doing this deliberately. I won't be using this branch again. They all need either re training or sacked

I’m sick and tired of ordering food from this establishment and I’m always missing at least one thing in my order why is it so difficult for the staff to make sure they have got all the food in the bag before sealing it and sending out for the driver to bring it to me. If your staff can’t make sure they have put everything in the bag maybe they need additional training.

Again this place gets order wrong in the drive thru.
Egg & cheese Mcmuffin meal with NO cheese.😠
Food was very greasy, more than usual.
No receipt given in the bag.
It's very difficult to check the order when you're on your own in the drive-thu.
It's regrettable that this is the nearest McDonald's and it's one of the worst.

maccies ain’t the same since ronald mcdonald left the scene. I order on the app to receive cold food, a burger barely put together, no sauces, no straws & not a hoot given from the staff.
I will rate 2 stars though as whichever 12 year old put my food together, threw about 30 nuggets in my 20 nuggets box👍 they were of course cold but I’ll take a win where I can get one.

Used the drive through stopped in the car to eat I was 2 feet out of a bay and got fined £100 by an independent company. Hounding me like a dog. Won't go there again disgraceful
