The establishment was well-maintained and the staff provided excellent service. The beds were comfortable and conducive to a restful night's sleep. I would gladly patronize this establishment again in the future.

Phone service is non existent, coupled with the fact that the free and paid Wi-Fi never works means you’re stuck with free view.

Stayed here to attend Edge Hill open day. Good location, very friendly helpful staff. Good parking and Beefeater next door was good. Knocked a star off due to very disturbed night with cars coming and going into the early hours and worse was a van unloading and banging doors at around 3am. Hardly slept all night. Would have mentioned at reception but nobody there when checked out. Its beyond the hotels control what goes on outside, hopefully it was a one off.

For us, this hotel is perfect, with our daughter at the nearby university. Well priced great sized rooms, which are very clean, well furnished & secure. The staff always excellent & the en suite perfect ( shower & bath ) with tea, coffee facilities, air con & tv.

A split hotel with 2 blocks, a large free car park and adjacent to a Beefeater pub/ restaurant. Very clean and very comfortable.
The Beefeater does a very good pint of a Guinness but poor quality "value" food.

Brilliant location. There is a restaurant attached and it has a small soft play area. In walking distance of lots of attractions. Would go again.

Needed to crash for an overnight stay. Although a rather dated building it still has all you expect from this brand. Adjacent to Beefeater pub where dinner and breakfasts were good.

Staff had problems with new computer system when we were booking the rooms but we finally got sorted and as compensation gave us complementary breakfasts which were most a appreciated had a good stay.and will be going back.next visit keep up the good work.and a big thank you to pam

Stayed 1 night in the annex. Decor was lovely and hotel was spotless. Room was very nice immaculate and clean. Bed very comfy and lovely bathroom. Will stay again and recommend the morris dancers next door for food.. breakfast was lovely.
