We wisit in food hall and let a bit disapointed. The big foot sausage bagett look not same as before. Poor bagett but sausage good. Try to buy pork shoulders because I want to cooking today and shop say " can you coming back tomorrow " I love the shop but that not a good result today. When I got the answer I really cancel anything to buy and When check the bagett lit a bit heat my head.

Our go to place in Penrith for lunch. There is plenty of free off road parking very close to the building. The restaurant is on the first floor via stairs or a lift is available if required. On some occasions there may be a 5-10 minute wait for a table, although there is some seating available whilst waiting, if required. There is a good choice on the menu, with a daily specials board. The food is always excellent quality and served quickly. The staff are all extremely pleasant and friendly. Situated on the ground floor is Cranstons Foodhall with a superb range of high quality products.

We went to a cabin for the weekend as a group of 4 adults and on the last night we drank and awful lot and needed a cure the morning after. We went to the local garage to grab snacks and water and saw a Cranstons Cafe and thought we would go back pack up and return. It was a Sunday and we were greeted but found it odd that we were then told our table number and just pointed in the direction of said table and given menus. We had to get extra cutlery and salt/pepper despite being plenty of other tables being served. The food we thought was a little pricey however it did not disappoint! The miso mushrooms on toast were amazing and the hash browns were nothing like I’ve ever tasted just maybe a bit too crispy which I guess is personal preference. We were never checked on and there was no announcement of a 2 minute silence and had we not have read the sign on the way in we would never had known which we assumed most diners did not. The menu also says their is a free drink with the full English but when ordering we were never guided and when we went to checkout a flat white was not part of it but any juice/soft drink was but my sister still paid for hers. All in all food was great service was subpar.

Very clean place, lift for the café upstairs, plenty of choice in the shop but a bit overpriced and I'm afraid the Cumberland Sausage ain't what it used to be but that's progress init
