Lovely people who actually work at charters, so nice and welcoming at the event. Yet at a private hire we had what I presumed to be external security, which was intimidating the guest, constantly asking them questions and worse of all shining a torch into all my guests eyes. Everyone who actually worked at charters was very understanding and helpful but the security that we paid £80 for ruined the whole night completely. A lot of money and effort was gone into this event and I’m just dissatisfied with the results.

Few drinks on a Friday afternoon. Great selection of beers etc, good prices and offer of a free drink for every five purchased a good idea, keep this going.

Best pub/bar in Peterborough.
Great range of ales/ciders etc. Very friendly and informative staff and the food is great too with the Thai restaurant upstairs delivering to your table in the pub!

I love having a catchup with friends and family, charters is always our go too..
Staff are always warm and friendly , food is great and so is the live music on a Sunday afternoon.

This was a find. A floating pub in centre of Peterborough. Not very busy when we visited on Boxing day but glad I found it for future visits. No food but good range of drinks & friendly staff.

Wonderful food. Very busy can't hear what the waitresses are asking. Food arrived promptly. Everything tastes fantastic.

Had a drink here, it's quite a buzzing open air pub by the river. I'm sure in summer it would be a great place to go

You've got to love Charters and East great beer and food. The outside bar and entertainment area. 5 stars
