ordered last night and today and both orders are miasing burgers that has already been paid! worst is noone helped me, branch asks to contact customer service while the virtual assistant won’t direct me to a real person and they won’t accept the receipt that i uploaded!

The shift manager Abi was really rude. I didn't realise that I had to pay for sweet chilli sauce, it was 50p and I only had 40p in change, I politely asked if I could use my card to pay and she replied saying "not allowed!" Then walked off! Terrible service from a so-called manager.

I ordered on the app. Thought I might get a correct order 3rd time lucky in 8 months🤞Nope. It's not like it's hard to check a receipt and check the items have been put in a bag!!!. 3rd time unlucky for me. Can't even get a simple order right.
