We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in Peterborough! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, staff members were welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They truly made us feel at home, especially during the busy Christmas season. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Peterborough, making it convenient to explore the city. Whether you’re there for shopping, sightseeing, or dining, everything is within easy reach. We stayed in one of the suites, and it was absolutely spotless. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Safety and security were excellent, which gave us great peace of mind. Access to the rooms is controlled by secure doors before the lifts downstairs, which only open with a room card. During the night, the hotel remains locked, and entry is only possible with a card or by contacting reception. This thoughtful approach to security made us feel very safe throughout our stay. When it comes to value for money, this hotel really delivers. For the level of comfort, service, cleanliness, and prime location, the price was very reasonable, especially during the festive period. We would highly recommend the Park Inn by Radisson Peterborough to anyone looking for a top notch experience. It truly deserves 5 stars in every category!

Had a few nights stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast fry up is just what you need and has plenty of options. The food served for dinner is delicious and it is easy to tell that the chef is a proud one. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable however the shower felt a bit dirty and the windows showed a lot of condensation in the mornings. This could be due to the fact that the heating completely did not work and only blew out cold air which was disappointing but bearable. Location is great and central.

A group of us stayed here for a friends birthday celebrations (19-20th October) and honestly I cannot fault it. Room was clean, staff were lovely and the breakfast was fab. Huge selection of breakfast options. The bed was really comfortable and they quickly provided extra pillows when we asked. We would 100% come back.

Only stayed one night. Had great service. Friendly welcome from Josh on reception. Clean room, very quiet on the 5th floor. Hotel has free parking for guests and is a short walk to the railway station and the city centre. Good breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

Hi, Very good, but missed basics Toilet Bowl Brushes, and like many hotels in UK they also didn't get one. Not nice when its messed up with sticky defecation. Otherwise very good, friendly, a good lounge in lobby with parking and many good facilities.

Good location a short distance from the city centre and the restaurants/bars. Decent size clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice friendly staff. Free parking with a couple of charging points for electric vehicles. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.

Very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Most members of staff were pleasant and helpful but the woman on reception was totally inflexible on the stated check in time. I'd never come across that in hotel check in before. Not sure if it's company policy or the individual on reception but after a long tiring journey a bit of flexibility would have been appreciated.I'm sure there must have been a room ready at 2pm, especially as the car park was empty. Other than that the hotel provided a comfortable, convenient, overnight stay.

I rolled up to the Park Inn and found the parking situation about as tight as a sardine can. After some creative maneuvering, I managed to wedge my high-top transit van into a spot—though I had to slither out of the door like a tape worm on a diet. Check-in was a breeze, and as a reward for surrendering my email address, I was handed two bottles of water. Not sure those are worth the flood of spam emails I’m probably about to receive. But hey, hydration is important, right? The room was what you'd expect—if your expectations include a mystery damp spot on the carpet under the air con unit. I reported this to reception, and they assured me they'd send the maintenance team, who I'm pretty sure moonlight as ghostbusters because they never appeared. Dinner was an adventure. The chicken wings were so dehydrated they should've been served with a bottle of beer, and the spice level was about as fiery as a handshake from King Charles. I played it safe with a microwaved curry, because at that point, what could go wrong? Returning to my room, I found the air con working harder than me on a Monday morning. I'd cleverly used my National Trust card to keep it running, which resulted in the carpet being upgraded from "mysteriously damp" to "full-on marshland" with a bonus soundtrack of constant dripping. My solution? A towel on the floor and a glass to catch the drips—who says I’m not resourceful? Breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about—unless you’re into lukewarm scrambled eggs. Overall, I’d give the stay a solid 6.5/10, mostly for the unintentional comedy it provided.
