Lack of veggi food run out of pizza. Kids portions dreadful veggie burger waited over an hour still not even a drink second night no pizza so had green curry dreadfully hard potatoes tasteless food came no drink poor poor poor . Put me next to the door should of put me coat on 1hr 20 mins still no desert .bad vibes from staff sat with a empty plate for 40 mins and just ignored me carrying on with there cleaning 1.5 hrs now still no one has come over had to ask in the end . wasn't worth the wait .worst place ever in years

Stayed here for 1 night. No complaints! Bed was extremely comfortable, room was nice and warm. The breakfast was outstanding!!!

The restaurant was awful. Breakfast was slacking in being stocked up. My sausages you could leather your shoe with them. Scrambled wasn't great and there was not any fried egg as they had run out. Complained as there was no bread 20 minutes later was brought out white bread was still frozen, malted bread was very cold. Not happy and won't be eating there again

Pretty decent stay here. Relatively quiet, though we did have some noisier neighbours. Minimal street noise which was nice. The room was clean and spacious and had a bath which was a nice bonus. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Location was pretty central in a town with fast food and convenience stores nearby.

Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Would particular like to mention Natalie who was an excellent waitress and front of house. She was working on her own and went out of her way to be helpful and friendly.

An average Premier Inn compared to the others I’ve stayed at. The heater didn’t work in my room so had to get an electric oil heater from reception that just wasn’t as good as the real thing, so on a night where it was -2 outside it was very chilly in my room also, I resorted to wafting the heat under the duvet to keep me as warm as possible. The hot food at Breakfast was pretty good. The service and layout of the continental items was very poor though, compared to all of the other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. Low stock of everything, empty juices, yoghurts & fruit bowls not refrigerated, section of jug that houses the ice for the milk missing so we had room temperature milk. Dirty mugs on the side of the coffee machine, no clean spoons, the list goes on. All with a chap on the front desk who didn’t appear to give a monkeys. I saw no cleaning or refilling happening in the time I was there and also no other staff around apart from Kitchen staff so maybe that’s the real reason why things weren’t being done but it wasn’t exactly rammed in there! To end on some positives, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hot food at breakfast was good but would definitely think twice about staying here again.

Saw some not brilliant reviews but I’m speak as you find. Room was adequate and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Always like a Premier Inn breakfast and this did not did not disappoint. Would definitely stay again. Bed comfy as always and bedding lush

The location is brilliant Rooms are fabulous as usual but the service at breakfast was stunning. Ellie the server managed the whole floor on her own, clearing tables, taking orders, serving. Fantastic service

First experience with Premier Inn. Perfect for our needs as needed to be at crem for 10 am . Time of yesr, but I could have done with just a sheet. Duvet to heavy. Paid in advance do great value. Will use again.

The rooms in most premier inns are exactly what you would expect so I have no complaints with the room and the early hours check in as the receptionist was prompt to let me in and check me in to my room. I stay in premier inns every weekend and all over the UK. However.....breakfast! I wasn't overly hungry but seen as I've already paid £10.99 I thought I'd have something. Walked through the door a couple of mins after 09:30. I ordered a couple of eggs. Made myself some toast and waited. After 45 minutes I asked to make sure I hadn't been forgotten about. Another 10 mins later they finally arrived. My eggs looked like they had been cooked for 55 minutes. Utterly let down. I couldn't eat them and had to walk out. Terrible and no excuse because it wasn't busy at all.

I recently stopped here while working away I've stayed in many premier inn's before and this one wasn't up to quite to there standard. They recently required the pub/restaurant this week and that's where the problems began overall the staff are friendly and polite well mannred but they lack in experience it's like they was thrown in the deep end , only one till was working and staff not having right cards to operate tills they just needed a little bit of management around maybe to help in these kind situations. When management was called upon by a customer it's was resolved and management explained there taker over situations customer seemed happy after their chat, the hotel all in all ain't too bad but could do with a few renovation when entering the upstairs corridor there was a strong smell of urine its wasn't pleasant. The room was okay, very comfortable bed and clean very soft towels only thing I'd say is could do with plug sockets closer to beds, the purple light is very nice effect in the room sets the mood for relaxing, overall you can see great potential in this establishment if they get on board with updating in the right ways with staff training and new upadated building maintenance andvsystem . I would stay here again even though the score may seem low will post a better update when I'm back hopefully

Changing ownership at last visit.half the menu not available, staff disconsolate/disillusioned and not in a good frame of mind. Not fair on customers to run everything down because you are juggling about with the management
