H &M and M&S are fantastic , but the shops are very few now, lots of stores are empty.

Oh dear. Its a bit grim, same as most town high streets. I wonder what the original streets were like until bulldozed for this soulless unimaginative dreary blot. Expect the shops and they are there. Not the heart of Perth yet is where the heart should be.
