I didn't check my order until I got home they put the complete wrong burger in my bag. I ordered smokehouse mccrispy and I ended up with Philly cheese stack even though I don't even eat much cheese. I rang them up and they heard me speak and just hung up on me even though they only had like 2 to 3 orders on the screen they was so quiet

Fries not hot, and the burger was flung together. Not unacceptable, but nowhere near as good as it has been at this branch.

Literally fell asleep in the parking bay after waiting for my order of a single burger. When it eventually came burger was dry and horrid, fries were so bland with no salt I genuinely thought I was eating long rectangles of sand.

Bacon roll meal with hot chocolate. Waited 10min in bay 2 so they could give it to me cold. Roll had 2 of the thinest, pathetic bits of bacon that couldn't even fill it. Then found my hot chocolate was just dirty water! Thanks for the rip off, made my morning.

This place gets worse and worse, if they're not getting your order wrong they can't find your car even though they told us to park in bay 2, so you're left waiting for ages then you have to go in to the restaurant to ask where your food is when 3 cars that were parked up after you have got their food and left, only to find out that apparently they got your car reg number wrong, which is odd as nowhere on your takeaway bag does it says the reg number and you're clearly parked in the bay they told you to park in! This is the worst McDonald's I've been to, but it's the nearest, why should we drive twice as far to get better service?!
