Great place to visit and stop for a rest on one of the many benches in the area. Good paths around and information boards dotted around. Was fairly quiet when I visited (weekday feb). Lovely views and historic sites all around. Great views of the castle, too, although unfortunately the castle was closed.

Only a small falls in the great scheme of things, however, it does harness the power of nature. Still a captivating sight to behold.

A brilliant circular walk suppose to take around 2hrs20mins but it took us a good 4 hrs taking in the beautiful Easby abbey on route and many other views . We wanted to view the castle but it's only open on weekends this time of year . Overall 11/10
