Huge selection of Denby products and also massive selection of other brands for luxury kitchen items .
We didn't go into the other shops as only wanted a Denby dish to replace a broken one. Staff very friendly . Some items were more expensive than fron Amazon which is odd. Example Denby seconds coffee cup £14 in Denby, but 2 for£26 on Amazon ,not seconds .
The farm products food shop was fab. Deli had a great selection of tasty products. Worth a visit and will go again

Always have a lovely time here, the farm shop is lovely, the pottery painting is very therapeutic and the ladies in the craft studio always make me feel welcome, there's always beautiful items in the gift shop, a wonderful place to take a trip out!

On arrival, it was good to find somewhere where parking wasn’t an issue. The car park is only a minute or so away from the factory shop and the accompanying café and farm shop areas.
The factory shop itself offers some really good bargains. On the upper floor Denby ceramics end of range type items, and those with slight imperfections are there on display, and at some really good prices. And on the ground floor there is even more choice with Denby glassware and general items for the kitchen.
The staff we dealt with were very pleasant and professional, and it reminded me of the sort of service that you got 20 or 30 years ago. There is nothing wrong in this case with being old-fashioned. Old-fashioned is good. I love old-fashioned.
Albeit fairly small, the Denby farm shop offered some really good quality items and again, excellent customer service was clearly a priority for them.
I can do nothing other than thoroughly recommend Denby Pottery Village to others. A really pleasant day out, with some real bargains to be had also. Reminded me of better times, long gone.

Attended with a purpose to buy a new dinner service. Lovely selection.
Too late for lunch but enjoyed a lovely cheese scone and hot chocolate.

Visited with my Son and Mum. A lovely little place, The pots are a delight and the staff friendly, that is until you reach the outside Café.
The staff were dismissive, judgemental and made the day feel deflated.
I saw a mistake made with a milk error in one drink (I am lactose intolerant) and confirmed If it has been made with oat milk. The cup was snatched back and changed.
Within 20 minutes of leaving, my Son (who'd had an oat milk hot chocolate) got a nasty tummy ache. The assistant had told me the hot chocolate had milk in when I made the order (mid eye roll - Projecting my order to be contradictory) The reality is that my 11 year old has been on the milk ladder all his life, and whilst his body can now digest a milk powder ingredient it cannot digest a cup of milk.
I double checked the order at the end and the only drink changed was my latte. I assumed from there our orders were correct. As she stated 'oat milk hot chocolate' as she placed down the cup. Very disappointing experience. ☕
Up stairs sitting was cute and quiet, the food looked delicious. Although we only sampled the scones.
Worth a visit, but take a flask!! 😉

If you're in the area (northern side of Derby) The Denby Pottery Village is well worth a visit. Denby products are discounted, there is a "seconds" shop and a good cook shop selling Dartington Crystal at a discount. Also on site is a gift shop, garden nursery, farm shop and two cafés. Plenty of free parking spaces too.

Always liked Dendy and products are great quality. recently purchased new items for our new kitchen. Amazing customer service, a small issue on an order that we received and without hesitation , pointless questions or fuss they resolved the issue quickly
