My wife and I stayed at this hotel on the 20th September 2022 and had a great stay and were well looked after. When we arrived home, we realised that we’d left an electric toothbrush at the hotel and it wasn’t a cheap toothbrush! We rang and spoke to Katie and explained what had happened, and she don’t worry I’ll look and get back to you. The toothbrush was found, and Katie promised to send them onto us. Just by the interaction I’d had with Katie personally at the hotel and during the call. I knew that she would do just as she said, and the forgotten tooth arrived on Thursday. It took awhile to get to us, due to the postal strike, but I had no worries at all, as Katie emailed me to let me know there maybe a delay. In my opinion this was CUSTOMER SERVICE as it should be. As not only was it a great hotel! It has great people working there, which Katie epitome of. WELL DONE Katie and thank you for doing just as you’d promised.

Lovely hotel, you get what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Although we had a large group of people checking in at once, Ms Raluca made sure that all requirements were met. The hotel had some issues with their menus, but she made sure that everyone was satisfied, and for that I would like to thank her as she made our 6 days stay lovelier

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference. Brilliant location in Romford centre. 5 minutes walk to the mainline and Elizabeth line. Loads of nice eateries in the locale. Fantastic service from Raluca who was on duty during my stay - extremely helpful with every request.

Location for the market and town centre is great bedrooms for one is spacious and comfortable and the reception and dining staff are brilliant friendly and make you fill welcome thanks to Raluca and her team thanks for the wonderful stay

Wonderful! We had a lovely stay here , the staff are super and friendly and really hardworking! The breakfast area was delicious and clean and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Romford was a great place to visit, convenient to London on the Lizzie line and also a great base from which to visit Norwich for the day. Thank you 😊

Smaller rooms. Some rooms have Sofa, but others dont. Reception will take much more time for check in as they can't find your name in the system, although you give them the booking reference number. Poor breakfast service. Someone took the last apple from the basket and I asked for the Apple, and they said, "We are out of stock. (It will be available tomorrow if they come !!)"

Currently in this new hotel got the premium plus double room and well from the photos you can see the disappointment. We first got here and the room smelled of smoke and dirty. So we asked to change rooms given another room that wasn't cleaned bed was a mess iron board dirty towels so given a 3rd room. And well from my photos you can see my disappointment how dirty the room is. When you pay cleaners to clean the room you expect them to clean it. I had to use my wipes to wipe the headboard. I know it not the hote fault and lazy dirty people making a mess but not everybody come here drunk some travelled 3 hours away..

I saw a young fella brush his tooth with a bacon slice. The orange juice was orange only for the color. The ilumination had fentanyl tones.

Hotel was nice, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and very comfortable. Slight downside was noisy people in street, late at night, but you could always ask for a quiet room. Great value stay.

I stayed in premier inn Romford for the past week for work, couldn’t fault the hotel 1 bit, room was clean and tidy with a decent size bath/ shower, the food was great and the service from Jason and brook were spot on, couldn’t fault them, friendly, welcoming went above and beyond. 100% stay there again. The only downside which isn’t the hotel fault was the parking, the car park they use had issue all week with cameras not picking up reg plates etc, we got there in the end and the reduce rate was £7.50.

Nice hotel with a great central location. Cleanliness could be improved but satisfactory. Best thing about the hotel are the staff, helpful, patient and super friendly.
