Absolutely brilliant experience visiting In. On the Green! First time visiting, and was very impressed with the everything! Great selection of drinks, more than enough on the menu to select a great meal, my friends and I literally ordered 12 small plates 😂😝 With several drinks each, a bottle of wine, several soft drinks the bill was incredibly reasonable and great value! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely visit again!

Visited for lunch with a team of 7 and they were able to sort us out a late booking. Lots of burgers ordered, and they were pretty good with plenty of fries. Only downside was it felt like a long time to come out when it wasn’t busy. Service was friendly and no mistakes with the order. £138 for 7 people is very good value, too. I’d visit again for sure.

Pub is brilliant, great service particularly Thomas and Rosie, were amazing. Beautiful bar and garden, perfect for any event.

Called ahead on the day with not much notice. It was a Sunday so fully expecting them to be fully booked. Not only did they fit us in but when I told them my son is autistic they put us in a booth so he wouldn’t be overwhelmed. When we arrived we asked if a plate of chips could be brought asap as my son was very hungry and doesn’t understand the concept of waiting for food. They put a rush on those and brought them out really quickly and he loved them. The manager and the rest of the staff were so friendly and understanding. We will definitely be coming back.

Just finished our Sunday lunch booking, lovely atmosphere no loud music or tv to get in the way of conversation, the food was superb, roast for four, friendly attentive staff all as expected from this superb public house, special thanks to Steve for looking after us today.

Really reasonable pricing for some great food. I've yet to have a bad meal there. The pub itself is spacious but offers cosy booths to be more enclosed. There's a real log fire at both ends of the pub and part of it is dog friendly. They have a fairly decent sized car park and astro turfed outside area. Staff are always welcoming and accommodating of needs.

Over all a very very nice pub, lovey staff super kind and super friendly, excellent selection of local drinks which is a nice touch. Food is very very expensive, a touch over priced, starters were absolutely fantastic, mains were, tbh mid at best, small portions and the overall food quality was meh. A really really nice pub to come to to sit and drink, very warm and welcoming we will 100% be coming back just for drinks and maybe snacks

such a lovely spot for an evening drink - plenty on tap and a really nice garden (even in the winter!). staff are all absolute sweethearts and the vibe is always very friendly

We went with another couple and ordered the same meal. Unfortunately they all came out warm which wasn't very pleasant.

We ordered food 1day before online on arrival we were waiting 1h.30mins to eat . Food... roasts burned ( beef not good at all) Fish ... nice Pudding ....nice Staff lovely very friendly working hard thank you. Music a little too loud but not a big problem. Thank you.

Excellent family experience for lunch. Parking, atmosphere, service and choice of tasty food. Have lived nearby for over 25 year. Never bothered. Now a favourate place.
