Very poor service it took them ages to bring food as order half before arriving to restaurant and after coming took another half hour to bring food and always bring kids meal after giving all food.

I ordered a rib eye and it came perfectly cooked and the Steakout marination was amazing, was served by Sandeep and her recommendations are always perfect.

I recently dined at Steakout Slough and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, with staff members like Tanya, Teofilo, and Sandeep providing friendly and attentive service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. The steak and mix grill were particularly noteworthy, showcasing high-quality preparation and flavor. The restaurant also offers a kid-friendly atmosphere with a dedicated play area, making it a great choice for families. Overall, Steakout Slough delivers delicious food and excellent service, making it a must-visit dining destination for sure!!

I’ve dined at this place multiple times and been a regular customer. The way I was treated today was appalling and is the final straw. I will never go there again.
The steaks were spoiled and the meat was stale.
When I complained the Manager Zara was extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to accept the meat wasn’t up-to standard although my family and I have dined there many times. She gave us a new steak after insisting on getting a new piece and waiting half an hour which was significantly better proving the initial steak was off ; yet she refused to accept that it was spoilt and tried arguing with us about it! She then proceeded to accuse us of being RACIST! Which was incredibly rude and insulting as we’d never even mentioned race and I am of African descent. It was extremely accusatory and offensive to hear that from her. I’ve spent thousands at this restaurant and they’ll never hear from me again given how we were treated. Truly disappointed.
We spent a lot of money but got lousy food and service
The restaurant is also dirty and washrooms are filthy.
Never again to Steakout.
I will also complain to the authorities about this.

I had the grilled chicken burger which was really filling and tasted great. The portion size was large. The place was run by young staff that were friendly but not attentive at all. The restaurant wasn't busy and it took what felt like 30 mins for them to take our order and that was only after we flagged them to do so. Food preparation also took over 30 mins despite it being mostly empty. The service needs to be prompt for a restaurant that has such a high rating on Google. I would come here again just for the food but a faster more efficient service is desperately needed here.
The children's play area is a nice addition but looks like a ferrel wolves have been playing there with balls torn up and a complete mess.
All food is halal and they don't serve alcohol.

I visited again yesterday and tried the lamb steak this time. That is highly recommended. Amazing service by staff as well.

We came in no staff member dealt with us after 15mins of waiting then someone came they said 15-20mins waiting time which was fine sat down order our food we both order chicken steak one hot and one mild and order some wings asked for starter to come first people on the other table who order after us got there started first we waited half hour finally steaks arrived ask which is hot an mild waiter didn’t know took one steak away to find out which is which said it mild but wasn’t sure very poor service.

Steak was really nicely marinated mash was nice chips was nice I didn’t like the cream spinach or the mushroom sauce but otherwise was good. Lovely service from Jannah
