I don't go regular, but if needs for a warm late lunch, more fun and tastier than woodchip McD.
Staff here very pleasant and available. Even has some long-lifers.

The restaurant was cold because the door was open with a constant stream of customers queueing to get a table. I didn't enjoy it as I was just too cold.

A co-worker suggested we come here after a team building exercise at the bowling alley across the way, but unfortunately, we got there 7 minutes before closing & all they were allowing at that point were takeaway orders. I decided to place a takeaway order since we would be leaving the area soon & probably would not be able to return to try it. I'm so glad I did because the wings I tried were delicious! I raved about them so much to my co-workers, in fact, that we did return 2 days later where I was able to sit down & try more things. This time, I tried the cheesy pita, which was fantastic & a chicken sandwich. It was also great. Because we've never been there before, we didn't know that you have to order using the QR code at your table, that you have to get your own soft drinks, cutlery, napkins & sauces if you want them but we figured all this out & had a great time. And now we have another place we know we enjoy eating at when we come to Stevenage for business.

The staff were helpful and the food was wonderful and speedy in preparation. The men's toilet room has a humorous placement of urinals!

Haven't been to nando's in ages this is probably one of the best branches as the staff was very friendly and helpful all had a smile on there face. Hands up to there managers doing a fantastic job.

A few non-chicken dishes available for those accompanying a bunch of chicken eaters.
The biggest problem at this time of year is the room temperature rapidly going down, before restoring to normal. Obviously no thought has been given to this by the management.
