Unfortunately I visited here on Saturday 22nd of February 2025 and ended up with FOOD POISONING!! I ordered the scampi and chips. The food seamed a little cold (but I'm not really one to complain) so ate the food. Fast forward to the early hours of Sunday morning and here I am vomiting my guts up accompanied by severe stomach and kidney pain and diarrhoea. By the end of the Sunday I was in hospital having iv fluids and pain meds to help. I still am nauseous and can't eat only managing small sips of water its now 72 hours later. Please do not eat here!!!!

15th Feb, Saturday night in Hanley, below and average night in terms of footfall and app ordered drinks were on average of 15/20 minutes and sometimes more. Well above the usual times, not sure if just having a bad night in terms of staffing but not ideal for app orders considering there was rarely anyone at the actual bar.... a little dissapointing

Couldn't really tell where all the money has been spent, on the refurbishment, Dirty tables, food was OK, waiter was ignorant, banged food down on the table never said a word.

Nice place went there early for breakfast food was good and plenty of it service was quick and the staff were friendly the decor is very impressive they have spent a lot of money on this place and it looks great it was fairly early when we were there so relatively quiet but enjoyable none the less well done 👍

Apparently £1.2 million spent on this place. Most of which went on roof repair, new accessible access. And some painting, carpet cleaning. Large TV taken down WiFi being down for nearly a month. It seems to have been a shambles. Tim Martin you need to get a grip.

Security guard is a menace it's freezing and can't put you hood up. Spitting in my face and on my breakfast. Won't be going back ever
