Waited 30mins until I got my food. Burger was destroyed because all the food was in a pile. The food was cold. Burger tasted good but fries were like cardboard.

This deserves zero stars I ordered from that McDonald’s and I asked for a refund because they got my order wrong and my fries looked like it had been eaten and they did not refund me absolutely terrible

This Particular outlet is without any question the slowest serving drive through i have ever encountered. They are always slow, however twice in the last couple of weeks I have ordered just a coffee. On both occasions there have been 5 or 6 cars in front of me, once this was at 01.30 and the other 03.00 in the morning. After stating what I wanted I never moved in the queue for at least 5 minutes, so drove out the line and left without even getting to the first (pay) window.
Why they can't sort this out is beyond me.
Move large or non ready orders out the way and get the rest passing through .. is it really that difficult to work out or organise?
It seems to have a complete lack of logic or management instruction.

It was very busy at the drive thru at approx 11pm. Chips were cold but the rest very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

i ordered my meal as usual , everything came freezing cold wasn’t even edible and the drink i had ordered was ment to be sprite but it was water that tasted tangy , disgusting and extremely disappointed!!!!

Would not recommend ordering from here as always get order wrong and half the burgers don't turn up. 2 hungry children
