There was 8 of us and they found a good table,the food was really good and hot and was keeped full would of liked tinned tomatoes but that's just me,the staff where all lovely will be going back

We were denied entry twice around 6:00 p.m. because it was full, but in fact there was no one and there were free tables and we were waiting and no one occupied the tables. We stayed at the hotel and there is advertising for this restaurant everywhere, but if they don't welcome people, what's the point of advertising a place if they don't allow entry? Google asks us for photos of our experience at the restaurant but we can't leave them because they didn't let us dine in an empty restaurant.
Not ecommended at all...

I only give one star because there is no choices for less, we went today at 6:00 p.m. Thursday 30/01 to celebrate my 47th birthday and the person at the reception looked us up and down despotically and gave us an excuse that there were no tables, my friend and I asked if we could come back later and he told us at 7:45 p.m., we went back to the hotel that was next door (which by the way the hotel in all the rooms and in the reception promoted the said restaurant)
We returned at 7:45 p.m. to the restaurant and the receptionist did not want to come over to greet us and looked at us from afar until she decided to come to the reception to talk to us and tell us again that there was no space to serve us and that for today there would be no more table for us, with the best energy and a smile on our faces we left and when we got to the exit we saw with my friend from the parking lot that ( tables empty ) we could see between 5 and 10 empty tables inside the restaurant without customers... there are none Problem with all that, we were thinking of spending the next 5 days eating at that restaurant because we have a reservation at the hotel next door, but with all the good energy we grabbed the car and now we are at TGI Fridays waiting for our ribs.
I feel sorry for the owner of the establishment who has lost 10 lunches and 10 dinners due to the total number of people who had no problem consuming the most expensive dish on the menu…..
(celebrating my birthday in another different establishment that has no problem receiving two Latin people wanting to enjoy a dinner
(by the way, if the security cameras in the establishment work this whole situation, the general manager of the company will be able to corroborate all this) it is a shame because after driving by road from Glasgow, even in the other corner of the UK, one continues to find situations like this

Dia jueves 30/01 a festejar mi 47 cumpleaños y la persona en recepsion nos miro de arriba a abajo despoticamente y nos dio una excusa que no habia mesas, mi amigo y yo le preguntamos si podiamos volver mas tarde y nos dijo a las 19:45hs, nos volvimos al hotel que estaba al lado ( que por cierto el hotel en todas las habitaciones y en recepsion promocionaln el dicho restaurante )
Hemos vuelto a las 19:45hs al restaurante y la recepsionista no queria hacercarse a recibirnos y nos miraba desde lejos hasta que se decidio a venir a la recepsion a hablarnos y decirnos nuevamente que no habia espacio para atendernos y que por el dia de hoy no habria mas lugar para nosotros , con la mejor energia y una sonrisa en la cara nos retiramos y cuando llegamos a la salida vemos con mi amigo desde el parking que se ve para adentro del restaurante entre 5 y 10 mesas vacias sin clientes….. no hay problema por todo eso,pensabamos pasar los 5 dias siguientes comiwndo en ese reataurante por que tenemos reserva en el hotel de al lado , pero con toda la buena energia agarramos el auto y hora estamos en TGI Fridays esperando nuestras ribs,
Lamento por el dueño del establecimiento que ha perdido 10 almuerzos y 10 cenas por el total de personas que no tenian problema de consumir el plato mas expensive de la carta…..
( festejando mi cumpleaños en otro establesimiento diferwnte que no tiene ñroblema de recibir dos personas latinas con ganas de disfrutar una cena
( por cierto si las camaras de seguridad en el establecimiento funcionan toda esta situacion el gerente general de la empresa podra corroborar todo esto ) es una pena por que luego de conducir por carretera desde Glasgow , aun hasta en la otra rincon de uk uno siga encontrando situaciones como ésta

Great hotel, in a central location, ideally located for travel round the local area. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend. Emily and Kerry make you feel right at home

Originally rated 1 star, however has became so much better since management change.
Had a lovely lunch today, good service, excellent food. Was served by Emily who made it a pleastly remberable afternoon.

Me My Husband and my Adult Son went for a Meal about 3 Hours ago and the Food was Amazing The Service and the Atmosphere 110% for everything we will definitely be booking again in the near future The Steak Sampler for Son was absolutely Delicious he said and well worth the money The Surf n Turf Sirloin was also Delicious and well worth the money I had the Smothered Chicken it was that good that I managed to eat it all and I'm not a big Eater lol, And also had drinks too, My Son had taken his Dad for a Birthday and was well worth coming to The Beef Eater in Euston way opposite the Train Station in Telford I would Highly recommend it to everyone who loves a good steak and other meals they provide as well there The Staff were very Polite and friendly and made us feel Welcome as we walked in and we were shown to our Table we weren't rushed and were given plenty of time to look at the Menu, Ceri and Amy and Will were all extremely helpful and looked after us while we were there thank you so much for a wonderful Meal and the service you Provided 😀 Kind Regards Helen C From Telford Shropshire 👍.

The breakfast is decent - good choice
Staff were all friendly. Would recommend booking in advance for dinner as it was quite busy.
Really enjoyed the fish & chips. Was disappointed by the vegan burger because it was supposed to have vegan 'bacon' but mine didn't.

Very friendly and quick service. Food was good value for money and tasty. We weren't drinking and the first two non-alcoholic drinks we ordered weren't available, but everything else was good.
It's a chain pub which does meals and they were also setting up breakfast for the hotel the next morning so the atmosphere was what you'd expect.

The food was ok along with the service. However, the restaurant was really cold. Not only for dinner but also for breakfast, where other guests were also sitting around in coats and outside clothes

We visited here for our pre-christmas get-together. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back.
Service was second to none, fun, friendly, attentive staff, making sure we were happy at all times. Providing recommendations, which is a bit unusual at a chain restaurant, but very welcome, thank you to Fi our server.
The restaurant itself was spotless, no untidy tables and we weren't left sitting with finished plates, fabulous. Toilets too were very clean.
In fact it was so good we're intending on having our monthly dinner here. 😊
One of the best eating experiences I've had in Telford. Highly recommend. 😊
