I came in briefly to try and sneakily use their bathroom to change but I was met by a really lovely guy and because I was shy I decided to order an Oreo Milkshake and now I can’t stop thinking about it! Thank you guy who I promised I’d write a review to if I loved the Milkshake.. you didn’t lie haha! Hope you see this and I hope to see you again very soon.. I might pop in on Thursday, for the milkshake this time not the bathroom :)

Had a bbq chicken with wedges and avocado side salad. Plenty of food for the two of us. Very tasty nicely cooked in a woodfire oven. Service was quick by friendly and helpful staff. Seating available if you want to eat in. Street parking outside but, when busy, there is free public parking just around the corner with about a minute walk to Fireaway. With two soft drinks the cost was just under £24 (July '24). Would have spent a fair bit more at one of the better known chain restaurants.

The delivery was sent earlier than it said. The food was really good and cooked perfectly as asked. Best place to buy pizza in Telford. Highly recommended!!

food was unreal place was clean and inviting to sit in, service was unreal offering free food on the house (chicken strips) free dips(homemade garlic dip was unreal) , nothing was to much to ask. Well priced and would 100% be coming back and recommend.

We were going to watch the panto at the theatre and wanted some food beforehand. This was a great spot to sit and catch up before the show. Really good pizza and special offers on as well. Perfect. Thank you guys.

Ordered a on the phone collection for a specific time to arrive and them not have it made at all , way over priced for food I wouldn’t let my family eat could’ve got better food and service at dominoes! came with wrong drinks when specifically told on the phone , food was absolutely disgusting wouldn’t even feed to a dog the meat was really gone of because the taste was so cheap and nasty , every single meat on the pizza the cheese wasn’t even melted for it being fresh out the oven it was horrible and stale never eaten a pizza like that in my life if that’s what you’d call jt no different from mammas when it used to be open , deffo wouldn’t recommend!

We ordered the 3 for £25. The worst pizza I've ever had. All 3 were terrible! Undercooked, sloppy, rubbery inedible mess. Honestly, the cheapest supermarket pizza would be better than this. Complete waste of money

My response to your incorrect and ill-judged reply:
As YOU are aware, nobody from your Takeaway has contacted me regarding how I get my money back, so this is untrue and was dealt with through just eat Furthermore I ordered via just eat where it said you are open on Mondays so it is not unfair to post a review as I didn't order through Goggle, I only checked on Google when my order didn't arrive. You accepted the order through the app. As per Just Eat, it is your responsibility to ensure your opening hours are correct so this review is not irrelevant and is an accurate representation of my first time and last time trying to order with yourselves and you should take it more seriously. Update your ordering times on Just Eat as your immediate corrective action and improve your communication, as I say an apology would not go a miss rather than trying to mock me, as I say you have not contacted me so it is unfair for you to mislead others and paint a rather different picture to reality. Do you really feel there is nothing you have done wrong or anything you could do better or improve one based on this review? This should be an opportunity to develop. Let me know if you wish to discuss further as I feel your reply is false.

Hello, I'm unsure why you keep saying we have discussed this as we both know we have never spoken on the phone about this issue, is it just posturing for other people reading? As I keep saying nobody from your Takeaway has ever called me but thank you for the reply, this issue is now resolved via Just Eat, though they have blamed yourselves for not updating your opening times and so I wrote the review to you after I learnt this, else I would not have.But I have to say I won't be ordering from yourselves again. It is good to see you have updated your opening times, thanks.

Did not receive order. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Just Eat, I did not receive my order but they still confirmed my order and took payment. I now need to get a refund. They have not updated their hours on Just Eat and are not open on Mondays but apparently my order made it to the kitchen and did not stop me from putting an order through. Not impressed and was too late to order another takeaway as it had gone 9! Update your opening hours.

Dropped by here when visiting the area. The first experience was so good that we returned the second day. Delicious pizzas and all of the food is halal. We'll definitely revisit when we're in the area.
