Ordered food via the app whilst in the restaurant, the app decided I was in another restaurant and ordered the food there, even though the app said I was at the restaurant I was in.
So, 30 mins later, no food, out of pocket because the app took my money.
Manager somehow made out this was my fault and refused to sort it out.
I had to contact the head office to try to get a refund, still don't know if I will get one.
Edit: I did get a refund, it took a few days.
However, be careful when using the app as I have had it change stores several times between starting my order and the checkout, luckily I've caught it before paying.

genuinely the worst mcdonalds in telford, they cant even get something as simple as a medium drink right, and a few months prior to this review they served me UNDERCOOKED chicken i'd give this place 0 stars if i could
save your time and go to another mcdonalds or the five guys right next to this one

This place is always really busy, so it takes a while to get served at the drive thru. What is worse, they can never get an order right. How difficult is it to read a screen?

The worst it’s ever been. Since the renovation it’s got so bad in there. Only went as it’s convenient but I don’t think I will anymore. Rather wait an extra 20 minutes for something edible

I was put off by the fact that one of the staff had long dread locks that were dragging across the cups and it didn’t look the cleanest I thought it was law to where a hair net.

Always a huge wait, food often cold, if they ask you if you're okay to park up, just say no because you'll be there forever.
