Every time i visit center parcs I make a point of visiting ghe excellent Elveden Inn, and this farm shop. But on my last visit to the shop discovered its card payment only. So will not be visiting again.

No idea why this place is so busy🤔 Overpriced cheap quality food. I ordered an Artisan Sourdough Roll with Mature Grated Cheddar, Tomato Chipotle Jam and Wild Rocket @ £1l. Sounds nice right, seemed pricey but given the lovely produce on sale in the farm shop I thought it would be good quality, couldn’t have been more wrong. Cheap white roll, definitely not sourdough, and a very small portion of tasteless cheese, again not mature as stated, accompanied by some decent potato crisps and side salad smothered in balsamic glaze. My friend ordered a Vegan Sauté Potato Gnocchi, Crispy Kale, Butternut Squash, Pumpkin Seeds, Crumbled Blue Cheese @ £14.50. Again sounded nice. She got a very small portion of potato gnocchi with butternut squash, an odd pumpkin seed, about 3 flecks of crispy kale and no cheese, vegan or otherwise. Although edible, we were hungry, neither of these meals were good quality or value for money as you would expect from such an artisan restaurant. Despite providing the waitress with some constructive feedback when she cleared the plates, she did ask, no response came back from either the kitchen or management. Won’t be returning! Just wish I had thought to take some pics! Wouldn’t want anyone else to get duped by the misleading menu.

We finally passed when it was open! It is a treasure trove of goodies. We spent an hour shopping and left with a large bag of unique goodies and a couple of high-quality sirloin steaks. I will be going back!

Went for afternoon tea. A friendly greeting when we arrived and was shown to our table. Even though it was very busy staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Enjoyed looking around the shop afterwards.

As a feel of a local village shop where the staff had time to help you and the staff was willing to answer any questions we had and finished off with a slice of cake and take in the restaurant value for money

Had diner today haddock & chips the fish was cold inside looked like water on plate had run out of fish was told the meal was up to standard by chef from waitress very disappointed by meal j filby

We had a lovely lunch here! During December you can’t book a table, but the wait was not too long and we were able to browse the shop! Nice place for a family to go for lunch!

We've been visiting the Elveden Estate for about 23 years, usually at Christmas time. It's always an enjoyable way to spend a few hours and my children loved it when they were little with so much to look at.
We visited yesterday and I just want to make a mention of Karen, the restaurant manager. I am profoundly Deaf and find it daunting to go to places with lots of people, but Karen spoke super clearly, looked at me so I could lip-read and even knew some BSL. I can't express how much difference this sort of thing makes to me, so thank you, Karen, for being so friendly & welcoming.

The food and service was good. However it was so cold! We asked if they could make it warmer, but no. I had to hug a tea pot to keep warm!

Nice food but menu not labelled correctly for vegetarians Tables crammed very close to each other and very noisy. I think it would be nice in the summer when you can sit outside.
