Burger very good. Had a five guys recently and wasn’t enough seasoning, so tasted of nothing. These guys season their patties much better, and the patty itself is much bigger. Only thing that’s a bit weird… if you order with a salad, there’s no salad dressing on it. Literally a plain salad which is odd. There was also a bit of wilted/ rotten old bit of lettuce in it which I had to pick out, bit gross but I can forgive that. Service was good albeit some appear to be enjoying their jobs more than others. Would go back for sure.

Stopped by Red Iron Burger in Uxbridge, and it did not disappoint! The place is spotless with a sleek, modern interior that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The food was top-notch juicy, flavourful burgers cooked to perfection and crispy, delicious fish and chips. Everything was fresh, well seasoned, and served quickly. Whether you’re craving a classic burger or something different, this place has you covered. Highly recommend for great food, fast service, and a comfortable dining experience. Will definitely be back!

A bit on the pricier side for burgers but includes the fries and considering the ambience and the absolutely mouthwatering menu we don't mind. We go there as a family once a month and everything we've tried has always been really good

5 stars just for how great the staff is! Huge shoutout to Luis, he was very kind. It got busy at one point and people kept trying to get his attention however he kept his composure and smile which was very admirable as he did a great job. On top of that, I was with a group of 6 (including me) and we felt bad because we felt like we kept asking him for a lot however he was patient and kind with us which we appreciate a lot. Thank you Luis and also the two other guys who helped us (I’m sorry I didn’t get your names but you were the two men) you three were amazing and we are very appreciative! The food was amazing but the staff made the experience better!

If you like trying fast food chain, than try it out otherwise stay away, too expensive, those drinks were quarterly fill with ice,typical fast food tactics, portioning of fries and salad was bad and the burger sizes were average for the price we paid. Everything was kinda tasteless, blame my Asian taste buds lol

Where do I start. We came in today at 9pm and the place was practically empty. As we approached the entrance we could see two waiters vaping right outside the entrance. When the lady came inside to wait on us she looked annoyed and we felt unwelcomed. We looked at the menus and my son asked for Mac and Cheese to which she replied we don't have that. My husband asked for a steak to which she replied we don't have any steaks available. I said it's disappointing that you don't have much on the menu on a Saturday night to which she said no there isn't much here like she didn't want to be there. We got up and left. We came all the way from Luton. Never again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at Red Iron Burgers on 23rd December at 19:00. I had ordered a well-done sirloin steak, but unfortunately, it was served burnt and tasted bitter. This follows a similar experience last week when I ordered a medium-well steak that was served raw with red uncooked meat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, Gosha, she informed me that the senior management had instructed her to ask me to pay half price for the burnt steak and the full price for a new steak, which I requested to be cooked well without being burnt. Gosha's handling of the situation was unsatisfactory as she was reluctant to replace the burnt steak and insisted I pay for both steaks. As a regular customer for the past ten years, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and the lack of customer service. The experience was frustrating, especially given that senior management was not present, and Gosha was unable to make a decision. It is unacceptable to ask a customer to pay for a steak that was improperly cooked due to the cook's error. I believe the owner should be aware of the poor service and management at Red Iron Burgers, as this experience has significantly affected my perception of the establishment.

You guys need to stop cutting corners. You've changed the garlic mayonnaise for cheap vinegary mayonnaise that taste absolutely disgusting. The beef you put in those hogies aka baguettes is chewy and nasty ... full of gristle and the chips or fries aren't the same. Why cutting corners???

Amazing service, such nice staff. High regards to the guy with glasses and man bun serving me my food, very very kind guy always asking how my food was. The food itself was very very nice thoroughly enjoyed my scran and service provided. Sitting in with the Christmas decorations provided a better atmosphere to my time spent at the red iron. If you’re ever in Uxbridge eat at the red iron! You will not regret it
