Booked this hotel to attend a green day concert at Wembley . Staff were extremely friendly and check in was easy . Receptionist gave us clear directions to where the nearest train station was . Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel .

Picked this hotel because it was close to work stayed two nights staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. Ample parking even for my large work van.

Spent three nights here over Christmas. The hotel couldn't provide a reliable television service on any of the days. Over the time we've been using Premier Inns they've already removed furniture from most rooms so you need to pay extra if you want to sit down and they have introduced parking charges where it used to be free. Perhaps next will be you pay extra if you want television. Why can't a company provide a good service and collect its profits without looking for ways to screw its customers.

We stayed for a week with my girlfriend and we had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and the manager was very welcoming! Nothing to say one of the best premier around.

Good location 5 minutes drive from the tube station. No air conditioning in the rooms so gets uncomfortable when temperatures are hot outside. Hotel is rather tired now. Needs a refurb.

Night from hell!!
- Car in their car park playing loud music early hours - from 1am-2am
- Fire alarm went off @ 4am due to someone smoking - had to be evacuated
- Dog barking in room next to me or below @ around 07/07.30am
They also rent rooms to the council as tempoary accommodation, hence the higher prices!!
Honestly, do yourself a favour and stay in the Rickmansworth hotel, this one is shocking! When the fire alarm went off just one member of staff was there - a lady, who confirmed she was alone. Upon my complaint Premier Inn stated there was a minimum of 2 staff members. All guests that night can confirm just one lady on her own, which I think is against the law!
Avoid at all costs.

Great staff here they're very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are a little tired however, flaky paint and the odd carpet stain here and there (could do with a proper hoover) the high traffic areas had been hoovered but beneath the dressing table and beside the chair had been neglected.
The bathroom was lovely and clean other than the urine stains on the underside of the toilet seat.
Overall for budget accommodation I can't (and didn't) complain. Would definitely recommend!

Only let down by being in room next to two lifts and insufficient noise insultation, and kids running in corridors late into night, otherwise exactly what you expect of a premier inn experience...

I picked this hotel for it's location near Harry Potter land, the location was great and close to London. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night sleep. Checking in was easy and the staff were very polite and helpful. Didn't eat there but went to the bar. It was a good choice picking this hotel and I recommend it.

Really great location for this hotel close to Watford access and exit and to an industrial park, serviced by a supermarket.
Staff is friendly and they provide magnificent service. I lost my kindle in one of the rooms and they were completely supportive. The return of the device was handled promptly and it was received without any kind of deterioration.

Room was okay towel had few spots, cobwebs in a few places otherwise it was a good stay. I drive xlwb van and there's space to park.

The room was spacious. Staff didn't follow a single female policy, which was a little off-putting. Hoped nobody was around at the time, as was a little worrying as to if anyone overhead the room number. And the hotel is next to what felt like a busy road as could hear cars passing

Hotel was fine. Skinflint’s as ever with the coffee tea milk rations in the room.
Breakfast was ok. The staff were excellent but it was obvious they were clearly stretched and under resourced. I’d be extremely vexed if I learned that staff got a hit for this rather than shockingly bad management practices. Under resourcing isn’t a staff problem it’s a staffing problem. Fix it. And advise when remediated.

No air conditioning, windows open about 125mm tops. My room was 29 degrees for days, 2 degrees less than outside.
Pissed wet through with sweat every night and couldn't sleep.
Don't book in the summer months
Never again!
