If you are looking for night close to Warner studios this might do. Rooms are very old and smelly, bathtub was disgusting as the shower head is fixed so cleaning ladies cannot properly clean the tub. Heating is by A/C unit and its either hot or cold in the room. Bed was worn out with hole on the left side of the bed. Breakfast is ok but do not order the scrambled eggs as they are powder disgusting watery yukkk

We stayed here for the harry potter studios as its literally about 5 mins down the road. It's nothing flashy but our room was nice and comfortable and clean. The staff on reception and the guy running the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast itself was outstanding! I can't comment on the noise others have mentioned as we didn't have an issue during our stay,I'm not a heavy sleeper and can't recall being awoken once. One thing I would say is,the comments about the derelict tgi Fridays in front of the hotel are absolutely bang on,as much as this is completely out of the hotels control, it looks terrible. We returned to the hotel in the dark one evening and the narrow entry beside the empty building was actually pretty eerie,fine when you reach the hotel car park,but the few seconds you're out of sight of the road and the hotel might be enough to put some folk off.

ハリーポッタースタジオツアー使う方にはおすすめです。 スタジオツアーに、22時までいました。 夜遅いので、その帰りに利用させていただきました。 スタジオツアーからだと、歩いたら40分ほどかかるため、タクシーを使いました。タクシーだと10分ほどで到着です。 【部屋】 ・広いし、きれいです。 さすがチェーンのホテルって感じできっちりしているなという印象でした。 ・水は客室にはありませんが、受付にウォーターサーバーがあります。 ・風呂はバスタブタイプです。シャンプーとボディソープ兼用です。アメニティは1つもないので、持っていった方が良いかと思います。 ・テレビがついています。 【ホテル全体】 ・受付の人が丁寧で親切でした。 ・セキュリティもしっかりしてる感じでした。 ・朝食は£10.99でつけれるそうですが、つけませんでした。つけなくても良いと思います。 歩いて5分のところにマクドナルドがあります。

Overall, I was not impressed. The room had notiable damage to the walls, marks on the carpet, the hairdryer wasn't working and there was rubbish on the floor upon arrival. Also the TV kept dropping out. Which is not what I expect from Premier Inn (Maybe would expect it from a Travelodge, because I would pay a lot less). We also had 2 lamps by the mirror, which already had lights it was very odd. However the staff were AMAZING!!! The location was fine for what we needed, as it was next to a Macdonalds, and we only stayed 1 night. It did feel unsafe, and so we ensured that our car was parked in view of our room. I think that if we needed to spend the night in Watford we would look for somewhere else because of the cost of the room for the quality just wasn't there.

just spent 4 nights here with the family and couldn't have asked for more, everyone was so friendly and happy to help. Thank you so much for the elastic band for my hair and your happy smiling faces no matter what time of day it was.

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend as we visited Harry Potter World and wanted to wake up refreshed to start the day without 3 hours of travel - to be honest I would have been less tired if I had saved my money and stayed at home and drove the 3 hours! Great location as it’s only 7 mins away from Harry Potter world but if you are anything but a very heavy sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all! Hardly any soundproofing.. could hear the door to the stairs being closed ALL NIGHT! Not just by one guest but every single person who came in and used the stairs.. or closed their room doors! This was on our floor, the floor above and the floor below! Literally was woken up every 4-5 minutes with a door closing somewhere. Even went to check to make sure it wasn’t one/group of guest being disruptive so I could report it - it wasn’t! It was every guest who entered the hotel! Unable to report to reception as I didn’t want to be on the phone every 5 mins and they wouldn’t have been able to stop every guest from coming in. Spoke to worker during breakfast and they advised yes it is unfortunately a very noisy hotel. Guest relations were unhelpful after reporting - so I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you want a good nights rest before a long day at Harry Potter World! Spend the extra money on a nicer hotel if you don’t want to start your tour sleepy :)

Standard premier inn the staff are lovely ,very attentive . Great breakfast . Only thing that lets the location down is the aged rooms they could do with a good refurb

It's a little bit tucked out of the way but once you get there the staff are really lovely, the rooms are good value for money and the food is pretty good!

Not the best experience for a Premier Inn. We were told check in from 3pm. We arrived at 4pm. Used the automated check in, as there was no one on reception. Got our key. Went to our room, only to find it still being cleaned. We said hello at the door, no answer. Then we heard the toilet flush. The cleaner was using the toilet before cleaning it. To say we were unimpressed is an understatement. I went down to find someone. The lady that had appeared on reception said that I shouldn't have been able to get our key as the person on before her had failed to block the room for cleaning. She stated she had only just started working and needed to check the room before we go in. We sat in the restaurant waiting for about 20 minutes. When we finally got in to the room you could tell someone had used the toilet before we got in. Definitely a strong odour. After we settled in we went down to use the restaurant for some food. Only to see it was closed. We had to walk through a very dark carpark to the nearby McDonald's. Not a nice experience at all. We definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.

Was here while working. All staff were brilliant and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good with lots on offer reception staff was very polite and go above and beyond to help out where they can,, especially Jennifer and Aruna.

Didn't know they were open for food. The bright light environment makes it very uncomfortable for chatting with friends in the evening. The next night we got a couple if expensive beers and chatted. It's not designed for comfort Breakfast is half cooked since they changed things. Only half the sausages are heated.

Most of the staff are great. Micheal, the night manager during our stay, was wonderful, Micheal really is customer focused and enhanced the experience. Other staff are not so customer friendly. Overall, great stay,

Get what you expect really. The staff were excellent, going the extra mile to get me an ice pack for my sore foot. Some of the breakfast items were cold 😒

The location you can't go wrong on, especially for the harry potter tour. Staff are friendly. Would advise to skip the dinner menu (no beefeater) and head over to tgi over the road. 1 of 4 meals ended up being shared as they weren't very nice. How ever no bad words on the breakfast menu. A bit more detail to the cleaning wouldn't go a miss either. How ever, if we were to visit HP again we would book again without meal deal, taking previous experience into account.

Rooms are nice and cozy, they just have a weird smell but it’s gone after you turn on the AC. The service and food are great, and the location is superb if you want to visit Warner Bros Studio. Train station to London is a 10 minute drive with bus and you have everything you need within a 5 minute walk.
