By far the best B&B at whitby. We had such a warm welcome and shown around. Really lovely, friendly people. Nothing was a problem. Very clean and beds comfortable. Couldn't of asked for more. Breakfast was spot on! Will definitely return. I highly recommend this place if you visit whitby

What a fantastic B&B. A big thank you to Chris and Fay for being so welcoming to us. Our room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We will definitely go back to Haven Crest when next in Whitby.

What a nice b&b nothing was a problem the room was lovely and clean nice walk in shower tea and coffee in the room free parking the young lass who looks after you at breakfast is lovely and so is Chris the owner the breakfast was lovely you have a full English breakfast if you want are just cereal Coffee tea and orange juice apple juice

We booked for 3 midweek nights and were greeted very warmly. The room was nicely decorated and furnished with all the ususal amenities with a lovely sea view. Good choice for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Short walk to the beach and a very good pub next door. If we go to Whitby again we will certainly check for vacancieas here first.

Two tired Aussie travelers just looking for a place to stay and relax for a couple of days. However, this place turned out to be a gem! It ticked all the boxes and Chris is a credit to his establishment. Would absolutely definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

The room and service were good. Stayed there for one night. The host and other workers were very friendly. 15 minutes sea side walk to the main attractions. Recommended 👍

Fantastic hotel! Chris & Faye are brilliant, so friendly & helpful. The rooms are immaculate & comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Great location for walks to Sandsend & Runswick bay, Whitby & Robins Hoods Bay. The breakfast is out of this world. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon

Only a one night stay after a days walking. Excellent room with everything you need, very clean throughout, great full English breakfast. Service and communication was great . We were looking forward to a steak in town and were given one or two options from Chris and decided on the edge restaurant on bridge street, would highly recommend if you like a steak, probably one of the best I’ve had and not over the top prices. Will definitely be stopping at haven crest again soon .

Quiet location within short walking distance of the beach. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was delicious and filling. The bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely return!

We spent a lovely weekend away at this very nice B&B. The room was a good size, lovely & clean, bedding and towels all very clean and of good quality, good facilities (tea/coffee, kettle, hairdryer etc.) Good location (sea view!), parking on site, excellent full English breakfast, hosts and staff all very friendly and helpful. rooms are at a very reasonable price - will be back!

I can say without fear of contradiction that my all too brief stay at the Haven Crest was one, if not the best bed & breakfast experiences I've had. I stayed over with my son in a lovely warm and clean twin room. Hosts Chris and Fay were very friendly, attentive, informative, and most of all very welcoming. The room was spacious (as was the bathroom) and we were provided with a generous amount of tea and coffee (Yorkshire Tea of course). Ample and safe parking on site. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit salad, good selection of cereals and yogurt, and locally sourced breakfast - really tasty and generous plate too. Fay looked after the breakfast order and Chris provided the chef duties. What a couple. Genuinely felt so welcome. Wish I'd booked a couple of nights instead of one. Hope to return. The B&B is a 15-minute walk to the Whale Bones and it is a lovely walk along the coastal path. A local pub is 90 seconds away - but there is no noise from the pub or the immediate environs. Had a really comfortable sleep. The B&B is modern without being corporate - the decor is not overwhelming or garish as can be the case with some more traditional establishments of this type. Would recommend a visit! I will be coming back with family most certainly.

Had a 1 night stay with my husband with the intention of watching Whitby Town play. Match postponed but still a very enjoyable weekend. Lovely accomodation, lovely hosts and a delicious breakfast. We visit Whitby on a regular basis and would stay here again with no hesitation. Highly recommended

Lovely place to stay only a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of town (approx 15min walk) and ran and owned by a fab couple! All areas were very clean and tidy. Perfect!

Stayed one night on Saturday 2 December was a lovely stay room was a nice size clean and tidy bathroom was a nice size and thanks to Tracy for a lovely cooked breakfast and making us feel welcome we will be booking again

A lovely place ran by Chris & Fay. They really make you feel at home. The breakfasts are superb, cooked by Chris and served with a smile by Fay. I highly recommend this establishment.

Stayed over for 5 nights, clean and comfortable bed. Room was neat and tidy. Bathroom and shower modern and tidy. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant, ordered the omelette a couple of times, Chris got them perfectly done. Both Chris and Faye were kind and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this BnB and i will book here again. For dinner pop over the road to the White House Inn for the best meals in Whitby.

We arrived to a wonderful welcome. We stayed in a deluxe double room, (room 1) which is small. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Upon leaving we asked owner if room 1 was a deluxe room and she said yes because of the furniture? In our opinion it should not be advertised as a deluxe room because of the size of it.

This is a GREAT B&B !! Chris and Fay make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. 5* Hotel it's not, but home from home, it definitely it is. Great breakfast, very clean room and good location. Nice 20 min walk into Whitby without worrying about parking. We'll definitely be going back is the best recommendation I can give. Thanks Chris, Fay
