Charlotte was a fabulous server, friendly, warm and enthusiastic. We had a fabulous evening as expected at Miller and Carter! Despite having someone with a mad allergy, the staff took great care, with each of her dishes coming with a “green flag”!! Top marks!

We enjoyed the Cote de Boeuf which was cooked to perfection. The sides and dessert all made the experience extremely enjoyable. Lauren was fabulous. She attended to our every need and brought smiles and laughter to the table at every opportunity. Thank you Lauren, and the chefs you are all credit to the team!

Had lunch several times previously enjoyed every visit. This visit was no different, except, we tried a different main. Tomahawk steaks. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. cutlery was clean as was the table. food was as ever cooked and served to perfection. My only negative comment would be if there were slightly more veg with the meal.

Visited on a Saturday night, had the 16oz Rib-eye, cooked to absolute perfection! Lauren served us, she had the best personality and also very informative and careful with regards to allergies etc ... every restaurant needs a Lauren! Will definetly return

We arrived at 4pm on Saturday 1st March. Our server, Mollie was prompt and courteous throughout. I ordered calamari to start and husband ordered the scallops. Both delicious. We ordered the chateaubriand to share; we've never done this before. Ordered seasoned fries and the veg for sides which we also shared. The cut was very tasty, we would definitely order this again. On a good weather day which I know you can't predict, it is spectacular outside. We caught a beautiful sunset when leaving. Would recommend

Comfortable and clean Staff are pleasant I had fish cakes with salad. I would question whether there was haddock as stated on the menu as I was unable to taste it. The inside of the crumb was a smooth white paste without evidence of the haddock. Some of the salad leaves were limp and edged with brown. I did not compliant as I did not want to spoil the experience for my companion who enjoyed his steak sandwich.

Had a lovely evening spent at Miller and Carter. We were seated within 2 minutes of being there by the floor manager. We did arrive 10 mins late, but this wasn't an issue. Seated in quite a busy part of the restaurant, but if felt private enough considering it was peak serving time cant complain. Tables seem spaced nicely. Emily was our server. She was very welcoming, polite, and attentive. We had a mix-up with the starter where one of the orders had been mixed. It just so happened that the table next to us had ordered that exact thing. So it seemed like their food came out before us even though i think it was just taken wrong as that table, then they complained they hadn't had any drinks before receiving their food. After a wait, my starter came, and it was really nice, just simple sticky chipotle chicken. The mains came soon after. We had the 3 course set menu. I had the 50-day sirloin, and my partner had a 30-day rump. Both cooked perfectly how we like. Garnish was tasty, and the house malbec was nice to pair. We had salted caramel sharing cookie dough for desert. This hit the spot nicely largely on the sweet side. Finally, Emily offered us some compliments of the house, which was a nice touch to acknowledge the issues at the start of the meal. All in all will be coming back for sure, would reccomend. Also, online booking is really easy. I found booking a table very simple, and reminders came through well, kudos. Thanks all.

We went for the valentines special and let me tell you this was a Valentines I will remember. This was hands down the BEST steak I’ve ever had. Not only that, but the lobster was DEVINE, the Mac and cheese was GODLY and even the peas and broccoli tasted orgasmic. Lauren was very friendly and attentive, she stuck to her word with the ‘unlimited’ sauces as we took full advantage and had every single favour and even some of them multiple times. (You gotta get your moneys worth) As shown on the photos, there was next to nothing left and I would 100% recommend this to anyone who likes meat. I can’t comment on the desserts as that was consumed back at home but let’s just say this meal set me up well….
