Came in tonight ( Thursday 6th March ) just wanted to make a point in saying that not only was our food perfect but the staff handled multiple horrible customers perfectly. I am embarrassed at how rude and disrespectful customers were tonight over simple mistakes that can happen to anyone especially when it is as busy as it was. Huge shout out to the staff, no one deserves to be spoken to or treated like that at your job.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Walking into this McDonald’s was like stepping into a portal of despair, where hopes go to die and dreams are deep-fried in oil that hasn’t been changed since the Stone Age. The burger I received was an abomination. It looked like it had been assembled by someone blindfolded, using ingredients they found on the floor. The bun was hard enough to double as a hockey puck, the patty tasted like sadness, and the lettuce was so wilted it might as well have come out of a compost bin.
The fries? A tragedy in a box. Limp, cold, and soaked in enough grease to power a small car, they left my fingers feeling like I’d been working in an oil refinery. They were so undercooked I half-expected them to sprout into full potatoes on my tray. The nuggets were no better—they were rubbery, tasteless lumps that could have been anything. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were made of recycled packaging.
The staff were as lifeless as the food. They moved slower than glaciers and acted like every customer was a personal inconvenience. I waited 15 minutes for my meal, only for it to be thrown onto the counter like they were doing me a favor. Eye contact? Forget it. A smile? Not in this lifetime. It’s clear morale in this place is buried somewhere beneath the sticky, unwashed floors.
Oh, and let’s talk about the cleanliness—or lack thereof. The entire restaurant was a biohazard. The tables were covered in crumbs, sauce stains, and what I can only assume were remnants of someone’s shattered will to live. The floor was so sticky my shoes practically became part of the decor, and the smell in the air was a blend of burnt grease, stale sweat, and despair.
And, of course, the infamous ice cream machine was “broken.” At this point, I don’t even believe it exists. It’s probably a myth passed down by corporate to string us along while they laugh in their ivory towers. I’d sooner trust a politician than believe this place could serve a working McFlurry.
The bathroom? A complete war zone. I wouldn’t step foot in there without a hazmat suit. The sink barely worked, the toilet looked like it had been through an apocalyptic event, and the smell? Let’s just say it made the dining area seem like paradise in comparison.
This McDonald’s is the single worst establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. The food is inedible, the service is abysmal, the cleanliness is nonexistent, and the atmosphere is akin to a waiting room for eternal damnation. If Hell has a fast food chain, this is it. Avoid at all costs, unless you’re looking for a one-way ticket to misery.

Unfortunately I have been to the drive thru this morning, and asked for no egg, and extra sausage in a breakfast wrap. I was point blank told this was not possible. I offered to pay extra for the sausage, and again was told No! I explained I had this done last week, but the lady still refused to give me an extra sausage. Very disappointing, won't be back any time soon!

As this is our local McDonalds iv been a couple of times and everytime something is wrong with our order.
From small mistakes like not adding extra pickles when it's on the order to bigger mistakes like serving us quarter pounders when we ordered double quarter pounders if your in your car and fancy a maccies then drive to antrim 👍🏻

Very busy place, l noticed 2 other food places in the same parking lot. So choices are there, l went to McDonald's because l was driving and so l didn't have to get out of my warm car. Ordered food in drive-thru,paid and drinks came out followed by 2 different meals. Food was warm hot even. Good service no complaints. Busy busy place must be doing things right.
