The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. They've thought about every last detail, even leaving instructions on how to use your thermosat! The staff pulled out all the stops to help me when I found myself in a pickle. If you want a place to feel safe and looked after in, I recommend this place.

Once you find it this hotel is fine, if a bit bog standard. Satnav takes you to a dismal shopping centre car park, not the hotel's! Service was well short of Premier Inn usual standards. Had to wait 5 mins for anyone to appear at reception on arrival. Similar experience at breakfast with no one visible to check us in. Found someone eventually, looking at their phone in the kitchen!The place was anything but busy. The consolation was a cheap price and comfortable room.

Perfectly nice for this price. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The Polish lady in the breakfast room was very nice. The lady that was in the reception in the evenings offered my kid a worksheet to fill in for Halloween and a reward afterwards. The car park always had spaces and didn't feel unsafe. Also, contrary to what someone said, you can't access the rooms or lifts without the key card. The only small complaint is that "continental breakfast" doesn't have much to do with the continent ;) We tend to eat sandwiches with ham or cheese, and not crumpets or toast with jam.

Found bed bugs and caused my whole body with rash. Reception was helpful to arrange another room. A month later, the rash make me itchy and very uncomfortable

Para nosotros y nuestras necesidades fue perfecto. Buena relación calidad - precio, habitación amplia y limpia, camas super súper confortables. Mención especial a la recepcionista que estaba en la tarde-noche del 17 de junio que nos ayudó con algo para nuestra pequeña y a la chica joven que atendía en los desayunos (17 y 18 junio), absolutamente encantadora. Repetiremos seguro, principalmente por el buen trato y el saber hacer su trabajo de estas dos personas.

First time booked for 3 nights didn’t stay for 1 night. I left! Location is pretty rough. Drug addicts walking through the car park. Not enough security on doors and lifts so anyone could pretty much walk in. My hotel door wouldn’t such unless I pushed it shut . Window wouldn’t close and it was freezing I tried to force window closed but worried it was going to break. Mould around window. Wifi didn’t work. Room smelt funny. Hairs on bedding. I was offered there last room ( next door to the one I was already in) I didn’t bother I left and went else where. I didn’t feel safe and it had such a weird vibe in my opinion. I stayed here thinking it must be good as it’s always sold out , free car parking and it was next to ARI as my husband is currently in hospital but it was horrible. I would have slept in my car. I was forced to go home the 2nd and 3rd night as I couldn’t get anywhere else to stay. Please update your security in the hotel and make your car park more secure. Wifi needs to be addressed. And the amenities inside the rooms too. You can’t take people’s money and not give them the basics. I don’t rate this hotel at all. Gave 3 star for the service as young girl at reception was very sweet and kind. But only dealt with her for a few mins.

I requested a quiet room and was given room 220. Very clean, very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Just what we were looking for in a two night stay. Reception staff were helpful and cheery, breakfast was great and very well organised. Will definitely come back

My family and I stayed overnight after a wedding. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with things like vegan bacon & sausages cooked up for us on demand. The room was clean and quiet. Will be back :)

Great stay can't fault it only negative is asked for a room clean as was a three night stay but it never happened.

2nd visit, great service and for a very good price. Breakfast as always was great special mention for Martin for served us for both days at breakfast he was very friendly and profession with us and other guests. We visit this area often and this is out go to spot now along with another premier inn (Carlisle) which we use on the travel to here which is also very good.

Handy budget hotel a stone throw from the main road, only minutes away from the hospital and nextdoor to a pleasant eatery/carvery. Lovely helpful staff - Flo is a wonderful host and clearly goes the extra mile to make visitors feel welcome and well cared for. Free car park.

We came on the 4th and 5 the May bath was dirty room was dirty and no coffee or tea facilities and no one on reception the booking was in my wife's name adele backhouse there is someone call jade told to get in touch her do I ring at the premier inn in Aberdeen

Stayed in this location for a business trip. Rooms were great, breakfast was lovely. Only complaint was the toilet paper, single sheets are so annoying
