Attended at Toby Rhoose two adults and two for the mid week carvery. On arrival we were greeted by a very happy and helpful male member of staff who led us to our table. We all had the carvery and once again the staff member serving us was helpful and patient with the children as they decided what to have. The service was excellent and so was the food. To be honest I didn’t expect anything else as we always have good food and service at this branch of Toby. We will certainly be returning in the very near future. Great value for money. We have attended at other Toby establishments but Rhoose is without a shadow of a doubt the best we have been to. It is a credit to the Toby name.

I think the Cwm Ciddy Carvery is one of the best around. The different variety of meats are excellent and there is a good choice of vegetables. The Chef carving the meats is very friendly and polite. Also the staff are all very welcoming, the lady serving us today was very helpful

Delicious carvery good range of vegetables and the pigs in blankets are awesome. Friendly, helpful staff made a lovely evening good value too.

This has to be by far the best carvery I’ve had in a long time. Lots of meat offered, choice of seven veg, all served hot! Lovely

Friendly and considerate staff. Great food at a reasonable price. I went at peak time on a Sunday and really couldn't fault it. Family-friendly and well worth a visit. The takeout or delivery portions are just as good as you get in the restaurant.

Definitely the best Toby Carvery that I have tried between Newport and Bridgend.
The staff are always happy and helpful, the chef behind the counter is courteous and remembers returning customers.

Great tasting food, it was really busy as it was 50% off but the food and service was really good. A big queue at the carvery due to this but it was worth the wait. This restaurant serves much better food than another local branch we have visited.

Great offer on atm with 50% off mains. So I treated myself to a carvary roast dinner as I seldom cook a dinner for 1. I took advantage of the offer and bagged myself a take away another carvary roast dinner for the following day also. 😋
