Si estás en Edimburgo merece la pena visitar Disty Dick's Pub. Si quieres probar comida local y beber cerveza en buen ambiente debes venir. Nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones y un trato muy amable. Probamos el huggis, el pastel de carne y el sticky toffee pudding. Estaban muy buenos.

Really cool pub with great vegan options (vegan haggis especially)! Unfortunately, my strongest memories of the night have nothing to do with the food or drinks—blame the company and the situation. Would come again, preferably with better life choices.

What a place, your eyes can’t take in the trinkets, designs, placards…it’s a great sensory experience and the beer is cheap and tastes brilliant.

We visited in October 2024 and had the fish and chips. It was the best fish and chips I've ever had. Absolutely delicious! And the whole vibe of the place was great. Just what you want in a pub!

Lovely pub with great selection of beer. This is the small nacho plate and it was probably the greatest I have ever had. Great service from all the staff. The only downside is that it was freezing at the restrooms.

Sorry but almost £16 for a half frozen bun, tasteless patty, a single slice of lettuce and a single slice of tomato, is a joke. My partner’s “Dirty cow burger” wasn’t better either. Luckily the fries were salted, the only flavour I managed to get out that dish.
Otherwise atmosphere is nice and staff was friendly.
Would come back but never for food.

Pub con muy buen ambiente y muy curioso. Personal amable y de precio de la cerveza medio (6-7£). No los probamos, pero había muchos tipos de whisky. Abren hasta la 1 am, aunque una media hora antes avisan de la ultima ronda y posteriormente de los últimos 15 y 5 minutos antes del cierre. Muy recomendable.

Awesome spot to grab a pint during the day and have a mushroom pie. Leave a little bit of yourself there!
