Alisa and the team looked after us impeccably, fantastic breakfast, roaring fire in the lounge area, not a bad word to say. Had so many scotches in the end, I thought Nessie was serving me. Brilliant. Shall be back for sure

This place is such a gem. Ailsa is kind, attentive, and the epitome of a perfect host. She efficiently moved from check-in, the bar, and the restaurant making sure all guests had what they needed. The rooms are cosy, decorated with unique furniture, and the bathrooms are very modern and elegant. And oh my goodness, you MUST have dinner there. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. I wish I could have stayed much longer!

gorgeous room with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities even included sachets of oat milk which you very rarely see in a hotel! i had dinner in the restaurant which was great with huge portions, very good value for money. breakfast was also lovely with a vegetarian breakfast cooked to order for me, and plenty of coffee! every member of staff i spoke to was very friendly and polite. i will definitely be staying again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our night here. Service was friendly, the room was comfortable and the dinner and breakfast great. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and chatted to all that stayed and ate at the friendly inn👍 Thankyou 😀

Beautiful building in a lovely location. Evening meals were delicious although small portions and quite expensive. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was a thing of beauty.

Visited for food. The pub is very nice and the staff are lovely. However if I'm honest I found it quite expensive and the portions were too small. Particularly the pork chops dish. However it was very tasty.

Best meal on the entire Great Glen Way!! Absolutely superb - you can taste the love and care in every dish, and the ingredients are clearly of very high quality. Highly recommend the venison!

We just ate here, but the food was fantastic. Although we had no reservation they welcomed us, which is rare in this area. The food was divine, the smoked salmon with horseradish ice cream is a must try. Service was super friendly, special thx for the chef for making the sauce for the traut dairy free for me! Don't forget to check out their nice local whiskey selection as well!

We didn’t stay at this hotel but we had a chance to check out their bar area and boy oh boy it did not disappoint! The best “pub” in the whole of Invermoriston! The bar maid called Kayley was the best “pub” lady we have ever encountered! Her customer service skills were just phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable and super friendly!!! She introduced to me to a lager that was only brewed for this hotel and it was so delicious! We were also super lucky because they showed EUROS on TV and guess what?!?! England won! What a great atmosphere, drinks and people! Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are walking “The Great Glen Way” !!!

Had a lovely one night stay, while walking to JOG. Excellent dinner, comfy room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Great shower! Highly recommend.

Central location to get everywhere around Loch Ness. Staff are fantastic, even gave us a free upgrade, with a jet spa bath.

Such a nice place to stay. We were hiking the Great Glen Way, and stayed there for one night. The staff was very kind, they also did some laundry for us. The food is brilliant, make sure to try the chef's signature, the venison. Breakfast was everything you could think of, from a classic full scottish, to smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. The rooms are clean and cosy, and also the en suite bathroom. I will definitley come back, when I'm in that area. Thanks for everything!

Never stayed in a better place. 5 stars are not really enough for this Jewel in the ever beating heart of this vast and wonderful gift of nature. Staff, service, accommodation and everything else was perfect. No monsters in this part of Loch Ness, except the breakfasts and the Venison steaks. Thank you, you made our year - we WILL be back. We had the special of the day on May 7 2024, which was tomato basil soup and the venison burger. Some in our group (they choose to remain anonymous) suspect this to be the special of every day. They might well be right. It is a gorgeous burger with a generous helping of ginormous fries, so you could do worse than this order. Staff is friendly and efficient.

The room we had (room 5) was absolutely stunning. Restaurant food was great, could do with a whisky price list. Service at meals was a bit over-attentive, I know some people like that, but was a bit much for us. Breakfast service was quite slow as well, as we'd come in just after two other tables, so had a half hour wait.
