Disappointing Experience
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.
I specifically chose the "Dish and Drink Saver Option" with unlimited salad for £12.99, but when I received the bill, I was charged nearly £20 for a 7oz gammon with three onion rings, cold salad, a cola, and a small portion of sweet potato fries. This was not what I expected based on the advertised offer, and I felt misled by the pricing.
Additionally, my experience was further diminished by the service. A waitress attempted to clear my plate before I had finished eating, despite my cutlery indicating that I was still dining. This felt rushed and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the restroom facilities were in poor condition, with no toilet paper available. Basic cleanliness and maintenance are essential, and this was highly disappointing.
Due to these issues, I do not plan to visit again and will not be recommending your restaurant to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve future customer experiences.

Had lunch in the restaurant with drinks in the bar and breakfast the next day. Everyone was very attentive and Michelle was our server for both meals. She was very professional and attentive and friendly.
We had a lovely relaxed time and didn't feel hurried to move from the table.
Can't say how much was spent per person but we had a great time.
