Lovely visit, even on a windy day. Felt very peaceful and relaxing. Car park is free but you need to access it through the military site so do check that it’s open before making the trip. Have to walk down some quite steep steps in the cliff to get to the chapel. Can also access a very rocky beach at the bottom, with a little arch to the side. Have to be able to walk back up the steps. There is a handrail (to the left coming down, to your right as you come up). I would recommend wearing shoes with good grip as it was sloppy even when dry. Definitely not wheelchair or buggy accessible. If you walk 10 minutes, you can get to huntsman’s leap. Worth adding on to your trip here!

Great little piece of history. Only 100m from the free car park. Steep stairs down to chapel but worth it.

Nice place but be advised that it can be closed! Check before taking time to go there because armed forces use it sometimes as a firing range...

Stunning place well worth a visit if you are in the area and it was a great shelter to watch a storm as the waves get quite big

Fantastic place and thought provoking. Step climb down but worth it. Amazing views from the cove as well.

Very atmospheric location, dramatic views and lots of rocky places to explode. Very steep, slippery old rock steps though.

Such an amazing place! Definitely recommend a visit. Parking is really easy at the top of the cliff too. We didn't manage to get across to Huntsmans Leap as the red flags were flying at the range but still a fascinating stop to see the chapel.
