Great place to visit, either by yourself or with family. Loads of signposted walks, runs and riding trails for all skill and fitness levels. The bike shop has a good range of products for sale and quality bikes for hire. It's a real shame that NRW have taken the decision to close the visitor centre cafe.

Such an amazing view from the cafe. Photos don’t do it justice. Surely someone will buy it to stop it closing in March?!
Had an interesting but lovely mint chocolate cake. Glad I took the chance. Choice of alternative milks and well behaved dogs allowed inside…so we sat outside ;)

Gates were closed at 3:30pm on a Saturday with NO SIGNS alluding to this at the entrance so we couldn’t get our car out tried 3 separate track road exits finally found one whereby we could drive around the gate otherwise we’d of been there all night, be careful

Great location and routes for biking or walking. Sign posts dotted about for directions but sometimes difficult to determine which way they are pointing. Ample parking but the machine was out of order on my visit but easy enough to pay via the website. Overall I would be using it again to try out other routes.

Superb venue for mountain biking, we visit fairly regularly from Cannock Chase. Such a shame the facilities will be shutting down the end of March. Great staff, great food and great coffee will be sadly missed.

Today felt near to how it used to be. I was there with friends. The restaurant felt friendly and the service was cheery. Routes were great as usual, the best imho. The shop staff, it would be nice if you could look away from the laptop for 5 and greet people, but the shop was good, with some great clothing and kit. Keep up the goodwork and thankyou all 👍.

Amazing mtb trails.. did the beast... well worth all the climbing fun fast single track and rock gardens. Fantastic trail centre.

One of the most beautiful places i've had the pleasure of visiting. Excellent trails for walking, running and mountain biking. The cafe here serves great food and hot drinks and the staff are all wonderful. I highly recommend the 'Run CyB' running races as a great way to explore the forest.

Good choice of walking trails, well signed. Good cafe. Will be crying shame if the centre and cafe closes and if that's the case I doubt it will remain on my local visit list
