Could not fault the hotel!
Very friendly and welcoming reception staff.
Let down badly by the breakfast at Brewers Fayre. Very low quality ingredients, arrived to table barely warm. Far too expensive at £10:99, cheaper and superior quality breakfast can be found locally.

We stayed here on Christmas night. Wonderful welcome from the checkin lady who offered us a glass of Bucks Fizz. The room was spotless warm and very quiet. On the desk was Christmas crackers, a box of biscuits and a Christmas card from the staff. In the morning the cleaning and reception staff were very cheery and helpful.
Regularly use Premier Inns, this is the best stay we have ever had.

Sandpipers staff were amazing, Helen & Alison truly went the extra mile when the app booking I did missed my request for twin disable room, not the double it showed. At a drop of the hat they both jumped into action making it quickly into a twin even though it wasn’t their job to do. Great service, easy location for M4 and lovely rooms. Please pass on my extra thanks to the ladies they made our stay welcoming 😃

Late booking having been let down by another provider. Easy to book online, arrival process was great with the night manager providing a warm welcome. Food and drinks available very close in a Chef and Brewer

Perfect for a 1 night stopover, food next door at the Sandpaper was excellent, the unlimited breakfast had excellent choice.

I recently found myself in a position where I had to move out of my home due to a fire next door.
I stayed for 36 days.
The entire Team at this Hotel are amazing, kind lovely people.
They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. They made my stay a great experience.
I had to bring so many cases and bags with me
When i had to change rooms they moved all my baggage for me.
It was lovely to have a chat with them every day. It made a big difference to me at an extremely stressful time.
So THANK YOU to all of you for your kindness to me at Premier Inns in Llanelli.

I stay in Premier Inn's at least once a week, I meet a lot of staff from reception to restaurant members and I can honestly say the team here are the loveliest, most helpful bunch there is!
Fan needed in the room as windows don't open.

Very spacious room. Bed was large and extremely comfortable. Great value for money. Very helpful and friendly receptionists. Excellent breakfast.
