Average food for the price, KFC hands down better and cheaper. There is no service as such as you order via an app like a cyberdine systems model 101 would. And unlike Arnie I won't be back.

This evening the staff at this Nando’s were so kind to me and my 3 year old. We rushed in sometime after 5 to grab a takeaway for my partner who had been sent to a&e by our gp unexpectedly which was really worrying obviously. After getting her some supplies, me and the little guy called into Nando’s for us this time, prob looking quite tired and frazzled by this point - every staff member we encountered were so kind to us, knowing we were having a stressful afternoon/ evening. They gave us our meal on the house which was such a lovely gesture and whilst waiting we were given free drinks. This is not the first time staff at this Nando’s have been really kind to us. Last year sometime my wife and I had a rare child free date and on learning this, we were delivered free puddings as a lovely surprise. Thank you so much - Nando’s in llantrisant are keeping my faith in humanity alive xx

My husband and I came to Nandos in Talbot Green for a celebration meal. There's a special offer advertised on the Nandos app. Unfortunately the manager was unaware of this offer. So we paid full, the special offer wasn't available. Our meal failed to arrive after 40 minutes. On enquiring where our meal was, we were told that our order hadn't been processed and the food had not been made. We waited a further 10 minutes for the food and were given a refund. Unfortunately after such a long wait and missing a film we had booked to see, we didn't enjoy the meal. The food was okay, but I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant again. There were a few tables of rowdy customers having a burping competition and another lady on a nearby table shouted abuse at me whilst I was waiting to thank the supervisor. A thoroughly unpleasant evening. Never again.

The experience we had was end of day after a very busy day for us and them I’m sure. Everyone was polite and the food was good but we’ll go back at a better time and enjoy the experience better. It does seem like a lovely place.

Food stacked up under the heat lamps. One person serving and about five cleaning cutlery. Been waiting over an hour. I can see our food literaly drying out. Not good.

Me and my partner got food poisoning symptoms hours after eating here. We understand how busy it was yesterday but this has now ruined both of our NYE plans. The service has always been great here but no matter how busy you get and stressed the kitchen staff are, it’s absolutely out of order to be cutting corners in whatever cross contamination has occurred here. We saw a staff member leave out the back and shout, “I’m sick of this place”. Clearly it was a heavily stressful situation in which case tables should be limited to prevent stress related cross contamination. Other than this, the service is always excellent and the atmosphere likewise.

I came to get a Nando's takeaway & I just wanted to send my appreciation to Ellie who has a beautiful personality from the interaction I had with her!! She is a credit to your restaurant & I hope she sees this and knows her positive attitude doesn't go unnoticed!

A good selection of food ranging from mild to spicy

Lovely food as always, speedy service when bringing the drinks and then later the food. Little bit cold if you are sat near the windows.
