food was absolutely buzzing, would not recommend. very greasy, very salty. music in the background, very depressing. staff take ages to take your order, and ages to deliver your food. would 100% not recommend this diner. £90 for 5 of us, very overpriced considering the portions.

Supposed to be an American diner well they must be on a diet not American sizes,,, really disappointed burger was tiny n handful of chips more like a english cafe experience bottom less drinks have to ask to be refilled no drink dispenser needs to have a make over wouldnt rush back not worth the price disappointed 😉

Having been a frequent customer of Denny’s stateside on numerous occasion’s It was on our bucket list to visitor Denny’s in Swansea to see how it compared I can honestly say we were not disappointed The Diner from the outside did look very different from their Us equivalent’s But still looked great from the outside It was also nice on the inside being clean & tidy smart booths & normal table seating available Our waitress was very friendly , chatty an attentive , as we’re all the staff on duty We ordered the usual food of chose & to be fair it was the same has we were use too having Coffee , pancakes , hash browns , eggs, bacon & sausage links & cheesy scramble egg Even the Syrup dispenser & the mugs were the same lol Two things that were different plan serviettes with no Denny’s logo And the milk shakes ; although nice They are no where has good has their Us diners using syrup, instead of fresh fruit But hey that’s being picky We will definitely be returning ,when next in the area 10/10

Visited here yesterday. It was worth the 3 hour drive. The food was almost the same as the Denny's in the USA so this is as close as you'll get without a plane ticket. A meal and a drink is on average about £15-20 a person but you get plenty of food for the money. As for the service, food came out quick but the staff lacked enthusiasm and there wasn't much of an atmosphere. I would visit here again.

Had Dinner out with Family and thought this would be a nice treat after plantasia . Staff were good and friendly, Food itself was unfortunately freezing when served and just lacked any flavour, Chips were under cooked and forgot to put onions on Hotdog which when asked didn't come, It seemed quiet when we went but was just over a hour for food which wouldn't mind if it was nice,

Walked in, waited nearly 10 mins to be seated after pushing the button on front desk. Ended up being sat by a member of staff who was leaving for the day. Had trouble ordering online so went to order point. Had to then find someone to take order. By the looks of it there was only one member of front of house staff working who was having to do everything. Because of this food arrived like warm to cold and there was a wait to get drinks refilled.

This gets a 2 star for one reason... the service. This is a difficult review to write because although the service was absolutely shocking, the staff were friendly always running around so it feels harsh to say that. So... it took us 45 minutes from ordering to get our food. Only half our table actually recieved their food. The other quarter arrived another 15 minutes after that! And we had to ask again because half that order didn't arrive! They would say things like "we'll get it now" but then get caught up serving all the other guests. We never did make the most of our free refills as the staff have to do it themselves. Was the food pricey? Yes in my opinion. But also it was tasty enough, the pancakes and bacon were cooked well. But just difficult to justify why we would go again

It was very busy when we arrived and the wait time was made very clear. However, serving full sugar Pepsi instead of Pepsi max to a diabetic is NOT good. Thanks for ruining my afternoon Denny’s. I understand that it can get busy, but please read the order.

Jack was a one man army. He greeted, he took you to your table, he took your order, he brought your food, he brought coffee, he ran around on his own. His manager came downstairs and then went back up. Customers left, customers got frustrated. Jack you did awesome, you deserve a payrise!

We visited on Tuesday morning when Dennys had first opened. The staff were great - very friendly & helpful and the food arrived fast and was absolutely delicious.

Unfortunately Denny’s really disappointed this time. Limited menu choice for diner specials. We had nachos which looked nothing like the pic in the menu with sad looking side of guacamole (wouldn’t call it that) salsa and salad cream. Cheese sauce on top was very less. The only things that was tasty were the sweet potato fries and the tartar sauce. It definitely has lost its charm sadly. We been here before when it was bustling with people and food was delicious. Have to say staff were lovely with a very warm demeanour. Being the only diner in that retail parc currently they are loosing out on such a great opportunity.

It's massively improved over the years and I now frequent it with my family and love the food and atmosphere and the prices are fair for the quality and portion size you receive.

Seem to have their historic delivery mess ups under control. Newer menu is better too. Good food in decent quantities. Authentic to US Denny's not so much.

One member of staff working front of house. Waited ages to be seated. Used the app to order, had one email to say my order had been excepted and one to say it had been rejected but the money was pending in my bank. Didn't want to wait any longer so left hungry. All about saving money and not guest service these days. Whatever happened to going out for a meal and actually having someone serve you. I won't ever be returning and just hope my money goes back in my bank like they say it will.

Tastes the exact same as Denny's in the US. The food was amazing, and every time I'm near Swansea, I always pop in as it's the only one in the country. Staff is really friendly, very clean and hygienic, and absolutely no fault at all.

Poor to nil service, order thru a qr code that required a app installed and was absolute pain in ar#e so gave up and ordered with staff. Place was empty,freezing cold and grubby. Went years ago and was great,totally different atmosphere,food etc totally gone down hill. Food wasnt great out of 5 of us only the 2 with smash burgers said they were good. If your in swansea there will be a better place to eat for sure.

I visited on 11/1/25 and I was served by Rhys L he was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. The service of food was very quick and all the waiters was friendly and kind but Rhys L kept coming over and checking if everything was okay and he was very polite and cheerful!
