Excellent food and service.Very clean and easy to park.
Staff really went the extra mile to accommodate our family of seven aged from 3 to 62. With two vegetarians.

Our third and probably final attempt at the harvester. Our first time, a few years ago, they served tofu absolutely full of water and was told that's how they do it. Bizarre. Second time, they sold out/no stock of all vegan options. And yesterday, all their new vegan options, bar a standard burger, are not served after 5pm (not stated on the website). All wasted trips.

Have been to the venue twice in the past couple of weeks, each time with different groups. One breakfast and today lunch.
Was served on both occasions by Chelsea.
If all restaurants employed staff with her personality and enthusiasm customers would be over the moon.
Efficient, personable, bubbly, and not in your face but attended to all your needs, I looking after your table. Really good that she communicated well with people old enough to be her grandfather.
Oh by the way the food was good as well.

Came here for lunch today, waited over half hour for food, wasn't busy there at all. Food eventually came but was cold, waited even longer for desserts but they didn't arrive, cancelled them at the bar and requested refund. Woman behind bar wasn't bothered at all. Really bad service.

meal booked for 11 people for 6,45p.m. Witing half an hour if we had not asked a member of staff when we could get to out 'booked' table, i think we would still be there. Salad bar was scruffy and not much of it there, The meal we had was dreadfull, tasteless and not presented well. Never again. Chicken strips were dry and bitter tasting. Waitress did not ask if there was anything else we needed or if our food was alright....

The service by Cerys made our evening special, nothing was too much trouble. We were a large party, service was very quick, all the food were served at the ssme time and all orders were correct.
What an asset Cerys is to the Harvester Gowerton, so nice to see a young person with such high standards and personality.

We arrived early for our booking but we were sat immediately. Our server was really great and helped us sort out an issue. She was attentive and got our orders quickly. The food was great and portions were big. No complaints overall.

MIXED REVIEW:
Food all arrived at the same time, all hot and as described. Salad bar was messy and lacking some items
Attentive waiting staff.
Manager seemed professional but didn't look the part.
Prices seem high on some simple dishes
Menus were sticky. Table was not laid even though we had booked.

Normally love the Harvester, but tonight it wasn't great. booked a table for four for my birthday. The Salad Bar was Empty, The sauces were empty. (no red devil sauce, totally gutted) Had Chicken stack No bacon and usually chicken tenders on chicken breast but today had some shreaded chicken. Really disappointed. Gutted.
