Drive through service is absolutely shocking... 45 minute wait for 3 cheese burger meals... how does it take so long... stay away from here, dreadful service

Ordered 2 cheeseburger through the app, accidentally pressed drive through pickup without realising, I have no car today and went into store to collect the food, I was told by the manager that she won't do anything, the order is payed and now I've lost money and no food 👍 0/10 service shocking manager short woman blonde/brown hair needs firing no professionalism whatsoever

Not sure how sending everyone to park up after they order in the smallest car park ever work but hey after doing 4 laps finally got parked. Waited 20 mins for order to turn up the wrong one ... had two cheese burgers looked like they had been sat on so sent back another 20 mins later still waiting for rest of order to turn up ..... need to do alot better

Absolute joke here recently, asked to park up every time even when you order 1 beef burger, 1 chips and 1 drink and when it comes, they even get that wrong! Not sure what management they have in charge but it’s an absolute shambles compared to how it used to be. Avoid here if you want ‘fast food’ and your order correct

Awful for waiting times, very rarely get the orders right. 85% of the time missing items or given someone else's order. Fast food it certainly is not. And that goes for all McDonald's these days not just this 1.

Went through the drive through and was the same as always. Use the app, tell the person the code, get to the window, say go to the next window and then get told to park up and they'll bring the food, such a long wait. Every. Single. Time.

Absolutely dreadful. They never get an order correct and blame Uber drivers if your food is incorrect when ordering via Uber. It's McDonald's staff that pack and seal the bag, yet they blame them because they're incompetent.

What's there to say other than it's a McDonald's? Not so fast food recently having to be parked up and food fetched to the car more times than having it collected at the window on the past few occasions visiting, but seeing the amount of customers that pass through these areas there's no wonder why people are asked to park up and wait. Recent orders have been delivered in full with no reason to give the server a shout for missing items so that's a bonus!

Mcdonald’s is always better in the UK, hence my review. Chicken was great, burgers were great. No complaints! We got it twice while staying in Wales (just out of convenience during our fast paced trip) and quality control is on point!

We ordered crispy chilli chicken wraps, my husbands was fine, mine had nothing in the top half and when I lifted it out of the carton it all fell out of the bottom all over me. I was not very happy. Who evermade this should take mire care and wrap it properly
