We usually eat here twice per month. Last week I had a burger which was passable but not as good as throughout the summer. Today I had Mousaka priced at £22.95. It was bland only a tiny slice of Aubergine and the sweet potato chips were limp. Side salad looked like chopped up end bits were used.But worst of all when I got the bottom of the dish the potato was raw. I complained and they knocked £5 off. I asked them to take the Mousaka off the bill but they refused as they said I'd eaten most of it. I wish I'd taken photos but I really thought they would be civil enough to take the complaint seriously. I never complain or leave bad reviews but they clearly don't care about service. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Great food and friendly staff. The place itself is very modern and well looked after. Had several meals all of which arrived on time and were good to eat. Deserts were also really nice.

This is a fantastic spot, but it's important to know that you need to book in advance for food, as it tends to get very busy, especially during high season. The popularity is well-deserved thanks to its incredible offerings. They have a great selection of beers, catering to all tastes, and the food is equally impressive. In fact, they serve what might just be the best chicken wings in the world—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.

Delicious food excellent choice on the menu, kids menu great as well. Had a small private area for a family celebration. Staff were happy to dress the room with decorations provided beforehand and hold the cake in safekeeping until it was required

Love this place, the food is excellent, the staff are amazing & they have a great selection of drinks , had a great meal on Monday & thank you so much for remembering it was our anniversary it was a nice touch

The food here is surprisingly good and way above my expectations. Really tasty but simple menu, which is sometimes all you want. Staff are all lovely and friendly. If you are staying at any of the caravan sites, this place will not disappoint. I'm only sorry they don't do breakfast.

Disgusting and inappropriate behaviour towards us by someone who calls himself the owner, god knows how he is and let’s see how long that lasts… never have I ever been spoken to or heard of anyone been spoken to by someone who owns a restaurant.. aren’t they supposed to set an example? These people cannot take any form of criticism or feedback from their guests and make out the guests are lying- you can only see that by their awfully unprofessional responses on reviews.
I’ve never experienced the traumatic events that took place at this restaurant last weekend, we were told to go and then got chased after because we were told to go before we’d paid our bill, it was awful, we then proceeded to leave cash in an envelope the next morning at the property because we didn’t want to encounter this man again and be threatened like we was because we were told to go even though we’d asked for our bill- awful! We’d not been rude to the staff prior to this, polite when ordering and explained we enjoyed the meal and thanked them. Only when this particular man was rude and belittling when answering our question for the bill- it all started from there.
If your looking to get belittled, argumentative, rude and threatening behaviour from owner and some particular staff- then this is the place for you👍

Can not fault this place at all the service was spot on and the food was to die for. I had the hunters chicken and the other half had the lasagne and for pudding we both had a lemon meringue cheese cake and omg I wanted to marry the chef lol. Would highly recommend giving this place a try and can assure you, you won't be disappointed . Booking recommend as it can get really busy but service does not suffer and staff are welcoming and friendly.

Told us they were shutting at 10 and then turned the lights off at half 9 so that we would leave early. Still had our drinks so it was incredibly rude.

Good experience here, we booked ahead in advance after searching up and down for a place that could offer vegan food. There was a good selection of food on offer that catered to our dietary requirements, and the meals were very tasty! There was a little bit of confusion as my husband cut into his meal and thought he had been served chicken, as the menu stated his katsu curry would be served with cauliflower, however that was our misunderstanding, and we were told that the cauliflower had been switched for Quorn.
The outdoor play area was lovely and tidy, and our son thoroughly enjoyed getting his energy out!
My only slight bugbear is that before we were even sat down at our (reserved) table, we were told "we need the table back by 7.30", which made us feel a bit rushed. Perhaps allow longer time slots for the tables in future if you're anxious to get the table back? Or give your guests a gentle nudge 30 minutes before you need the table back? The restaurant was very quiet when we turned up and remained quiet throughout our meal, I'm not sure why they felt the need to move us on quickly. Regardless, the service was quick and we had finished our meal well before 7pm.

Lovely place to eat as a family or couples. Dog friendly but can only sit outside if you bring the but well covered.

In season in the main bar you can eat but it’s busy and there are kids so different vibe to out of holidays - food and service always good. For a more formal nicer experience book the restaurant area - outside is a gorgeous patio with lovely lounge settees and chairs and tables with heated lights for evening. Lovely all round with great choices of drinks. Sadly no sea view as on campsite but enjoyable day or night

We were passing and just popped in for a cheeky pint and a pack of bacon 🥓 fries, nice atmosphere and friendly and helpful bar staff 👍

Whilst the setting and the food was fantastic the service was average! The girls taking our order were polite, but the bar staff/lack of bar staff didn’t really interact/converse much at all and…. I find it pretty poor that if u are dining u cannot order drinks at ur table??? We had to go and stand in a rather big queue at the bar due to slow bar service due to lack of bar staff on a busy Saturday night and wait for drinks! My food arrived and I still hadn’t been served so rather than let a £25 steak go cold I gave up and had a delicious meal with no drink! Bit poor for the price u pay to dine!
