Fun day, lovely staff, have decent expectations for the time of year you're going.
I went with my two sons (10, 8) - my youngest has autism. A fun place to spend for half a day. We went in January, so it was cold and we were the only people there. No queues made the trip very worth it.
The staff are lovely and cannot complain about them. The food was delicious and the server there was delightful.
Now, the weather was freezing in January, so you really need to dress us warm - gloves and everything. It's not the fault of the company if you're cold, obviously. The benefit of going at this time is there is literally no queues. You have the park to yourself.
The DOWNSIDE of this is that there is only 1 staff member around (sometimes 2) to give you access to the rides. This can mean a little bit of standing around, heading to a ride where the staff member is, or having to search for them. I'm not taking a star off because this is something that I understand when the place is empty, but I do want you to be aware of this.
In addition to coming in January, it appears the gift shop is closed (this might be because lack of staff or just the time of year).
Now, most of the rides were open, but the zip line and a few others were closed. This is reasonable considering the weather. Although it was quiet weather, it can turn quickly.
I recommend this place at winter if you don't want to queue up. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was fun. I do strongly advise to dress up very warmly as it can be EXTREMELY cold and I was not prepared.(my own fault).

We went here based on the reviews, but I was really disappointed. It felt like the place was closing down, and most of the activities were closed. I’m not sure if it was the weather or the Christmas season, but something just felt off. But, the kids did enjoy the go-karting.

Not bad for November, the staff were very attentive, keeping as much as possible open, Top tip- The winter family bundle of £55 for 20 credits isn't on their website, so buy them when you get there. Super dog friendly, even a dog agility course! The restaurant was pretty lame though, a long wait for mediocre food.

Good place for a couple of hours of easy fun- you won't be here all day unless you dig deep into your money pot. Queues are good to be fair.
