B&b My Bergamo

Solamente iba a pasar 1 noche en Bérgamo y tuvimos un retraso en el vuelo, sin poder comunicarme con el dueño me esperó y me trató super bien. Nos quedamos en la habitación con balcón, estaba super limpia y la cama era cómoda. La cosa más destacable es su ubicación, a menos de 5 min de la estación de trenes y a unos 10 del funicular, lo cual es excelente. Si tuviera que poner algo malo, puede ser que las habitaciones se escuche demasiado, pero no fue nuestro caso.

Impeccable et bien situé. David, le propriétaire est très sympa et réactif. N'hésitez pas à lui demander quoi faire ou où aller à Bergame. Pour visiter la ville haute, vous pouvez marcher à pied tout droit jusqu'au funiculaire qui est à 15mn de marche. En bas de l'appartement vous trouverez une super boulangerie "Tresoldi" la boutique del Pane 😋 que je vous recommande chaudement...

the owner was very nice, we arrived after check-in time and he was okay with that. modern apartment with modern equipment. small breakfast with coffee included in price. quiet location (we had apartment with a view of the courtyard). parking was very near too.

Newer had a chance to stay there because after my flight had changed my arrival appeared to be 45 minutes later than 9, 30 PM the owner does not agree to wait and nothing could change his mind. Absolute lack of interest in resolving the issue! The guy does not even bother to pretend that he cares. Be careful with this place and better to avoid it completely. There is the “Mercury” right next to the place…. You better use it instead.

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile quando siamo arrivati. La camera è grande e spaziosa, forse da pulire leggermente più a fondo. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città, unica pecca il rumore di sottofondo del traffico.

Letto scomodissimo il materasso come se non ci fosse, la colazione consiste in due fette biscottate lasciate in un cesto. La posizione è buona, molto vicino alla stazione ma affaccia sulla strada principale e so sentono tutti i rumori. Di sicuro non tornerò. Sconsigliato.

Yhden yön majoitus aikaisen lennon takia. Asiallinen huone, siisti ja hyvä sijainti. Ystävällinen isäntä. Huone sijaitsee asunnossa, missä useita huoneita. Pisteitä tiputti kadulta kantautuva melu. Itse en saanut herkkäunisena nukuttua katumelun takia. Äänieristys olisi korjattavissa helposti..

Izba veľká, priestranná a čistá, vybavená kávovarom a malymi raňajkami, fénom, TV. S balkónom otočeným smerom do hlavnej cesty, takže zvonku bolo počuť hluk, no to nešlo ovplyvniť. Čo sa týka polohy ubytovania, za mňa ideálna. Pár metrov od zastávky MHD, oproti výborná kaviareň, do centra mesta naskok. Na lanovku do Città Alta pešo za cca 20 minút. Majiteľ príjemný a ochotný. Čakal nás v dopredu stanovenom čase. Rýchla komunikácia.

Io e la mia ragazza, nonostante abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Partiamo dalla posizione, praticamente a due passi dalla stazione e comodissima per l’aeroporto grazie al pullman di città che passa a pochi metri. Palazzo super silenzioso e dotato di ascensore. La camera era perfetta nella pulizia e presentazione. Dotata di tv, condizionatore e macchinetta del caffè. Il bagno era altrettanto pulito e confortevole. Infine, proprietario simpaticissimo e super disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie per i nostri spostamenti. Assolutamente consigliato sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni!

Pessimo! Per modico prezzo di €100 a notte vi assicurano una notte da incubo! Matesso a molle! Ed ogni molla entra nel vostro corpo! Cuscini enormi che non permettono a dormire. Sono riuscita a dormire qualche ora solo dopo avet messo trapunta sul materasso. Risveglio - dolori da per tutto e torci collo . Bagno non è collegato con la camera , facendo la doccia si allaga tutto e non parliamo del muro vicino la doccia pieno di calcare! Phone non fubzionake, mancano salviette per bidet ...muro in camera sporchissimo.

!! AVOID THIS PLACE !! The owner is a liar. We have booked a night for 100€ where we specified (both options where selectable) 1. View on the inside courtyard (anticipating noise from the opposite side form main road 2. Access to bathroom from the bedroom To contextualise, this "b&b" is just a few rooms in someone's apartment. We have booked a while back hence not necessarily remembering during check-in. When we checked in, he gave us a room on the side of the road and with access to bathroom from outside the bedroom. After using the AC in the afternoon we notice a buzzing noise lasting ~10sec sometimes every 5 10 minutes sometimes every 2 3 minutes We tried all the modes on the AC but nothing has changed. We simply turned it off and went out. Coming back to sleep, we put the AC back in and notice the noise still on. We knew we would have to sleep AC off with open window on busy road. What a surprise when we realised that the noise would keep going EVEN WITH AC TURNED OFF... At 1am after a couple hours we texted the owner that replied 3 times "yeah.. I know give it a couple minutes it'll stop" Guess what ? It obviously didn't. Result 100€ to stay awake all night. All this to mention that the owner knows the problem exist but don't say it and try to hide it.. Finally, it says on booking you can leave you suitcases, but as you may imagine it is wrong and it only depends, if it suits the owner (but you don't know that when you pay, do you?) If you plan on having a night of sleep, avoid. (As mentioned, even if you pay for the other room he may decide to put you in the bad one)

Sono costretta a dare una stella per il servizio veramente poco raccomandabile. Il proprietario ci ha presi in giro dal nostro arrivo, piazziandoci nella camera con vista sullo stradone principale, rumorosissimo, e bagno con accesso esterno, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse per la camera con vista interna e bagno interno. Oltre al danno, la beffa: il condizionatore funziona, peccato emetta sporadicamente un rumore fortissimo, sia da acceso che da spento. Abbiamo passato la notte insonne, accaldati, con il condizionatore spento che ci ha svegliati 3-4 volte tra l'una e le quattro di notte. Il proprietario è perfettamente a conoscenza del problema e la risposta ai nostri messaggi all'una di mattina esprimendo i nostri disagi, è stata di 'dare qualche minuto' al condizionatore. Purtroppo la nostra bellissima vacanza a Bergamo è stata rovinata dalla notte insonne e la presa in giro. State alla larga da questa "struttura".

I stated at the point of booking that I would arrive late and needed a slightly late check in. My reservation was accepted but I was told I couldn’t check in late. I have paid for a night in this hotel I could not stay at. They refused to give me my money back. Do not book this place - absolutely disgusting!

Owner of this appartment is very strange! We booked this appartment for 2 nights and arrived to the airport at 10 pm, but he said that check-in closed at 9:30 pm and if you have some problems spend the night in Mercure hotel. He didn't return our money!!! And he doesn't answer for our messages! VERY BAD AND SAD! DON'T CHOOSE THIS APPARTMENTS NEVER!

Ok I am biased here bcs our host was so kind that he upgraded our room and also provided breakfast. Would give a 6 of 5. Beds are hard mattressed enough that you can plan here a longer stay (since usually cheap soft mattresses ruin the experience of sleep). Location is perfect for Bergamo city visit (everything in walking distance + main bus line). Only thing to keep in mind that rooms are overlooking the street and being an Italian city this is necessarily noisy.

It's not really a hotel - it's more like renting a room in an apartment. And it's not really 'b&b' because the breakfast are four crackers and a few mini boxes of jam. To get to the bathroom, you have to leave your room and go into the hallway. The AC was noisy.

Pessimo b&b. Pulizie inesistenti, non sono state cambiati nemmeno gli asciugamani quotidiani, nel bagno non c'è bidè, il box doccia era rotto e il lavandino minuscolo era pure sporco. La stanza era un forno crematorio con gli infissi vecchi e difettosi tant'è che ogni minimo rumore della strada si sente in camera col risultato che non si riesce a riposare la notte. Ultimo aspetto negativo: il condizionatore rotto che non solo non rinfrescava ma oltretutto faceva un fastidiosissimo rumore improvviso ogni 10 minuti circa. Insomma io non ve lo consiglio e soprattutto non mi rivedranno mai più qui. PS Bergamo è cara ma molto bella.

Звонили в домофон никто не открыл, ждали пока будут заходить люди, зашли, поднялись, позвонили в дверь, сказали что они не хозяева и мы должны звонить хозяину. Пошли в другой хостел) Не рекомендую

Big problem with hot water: too hot in the evening, literally cold in the morning. Could not take a shower. Another (small) issue: the coffee machine broke down and spilled coffee on the table. Notified the owner straight away, he kindly took notice but did nothing to fix or clean the soaked table. Weird. Better not having a coffee machine at all? Location is super. Too bad. Hope it improves.

It's a lovely, truly high-standard room with a clean and well-equiped bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great sleep after a tiring flight. The coffee machine was a nice touch in the morning. It's a great location too - very close to the train station, not too far from the modern city center. It's a bit of a shame that we couldn't use the kitchen though. The entrance is not really well marked, we had some trouble getting the door right. But these are really minor things that didn't affect our experience much.
