Tutto ottimo. Accesso con codice che ti arriva con check in online. Molto comodo. Attenzione che prendendolo da Agoda non arriva la mail per il check in e occorre scrivere all'hotel per riceverla.

Μοντέρνος χώρος, με φινέτσα. Καθαρό. Στο δωμάτιο είχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα. Θα πήγαινα ξανά. Ένα που έχω να προσθέσω, ότι το νερό στο ντουζ δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό κ τις 2 φορές που έκανα μπάνιο. Επίσης εμεις αναζητησαμε τους κωδικούς που χρειάζονται για το δωμάτιο,εκείνοι δεν μας έστειλαν από μόνοι τους.

Vorrei mettere 0 stelle ! SCONSIGLIO TOTALMENTE QUESTO POSTO , eravamo tornati dall’aereoporto di Bergamo orio al serio , e siamo stati 5 ore per poter entrare in una stanza sporchissima , piena di animaletti e insetti . La peggiore esperienza “ alberghiera “ di tutta la mia vita ! Non sono riusciti nemmeno a darmi il pin pur avendo pagato anticipatamente…. Ho dovuto chiamare 5 volte , uno stress allucinante!

Ringrazio lo staff dell'assistenza , per essere state di una pazienza e professionalita' eccezzionale. Il soggiorno e' stato solo di una notte, la camera era pulitissima, accogliente, letto comodissimo e i cuscini pure.Asciugamani morbie.Posto silenziosisissimo in pieno centro Bergamo basso.E' gia' tra i mii preferiti.

Procédure de check in totalement informatisée et anonyme ... Personne ne répond en cas de problème. Le portier est ... au Vietnam ???? Questionnaire obligatoire intrusif et limite discriminatoire avec obligation de redonner ses références de carte bleue sur un site inconnu pour la taxe de séjour . La chambre et l'emplacement sont biens mais l'accueil est catastrophique et sans humanité. Remettez de l'humain au coeur de la ville svp . Nous ne sommes pas que des portefeuilles.

Il posto merita ma il personale e l'assistenza sono veramente schifose, vergognose. Chiamo perché in camera fa un caldo infame e pur settando l'aria su cool invece che heat non raffredda cosa mi dicono loro dopo un ping pong di chiamate? Mi dicono che il sabato non c'è il tecnico, quindi fossi invece morto di freddo essendo sabato sarebbero stati fatti miei. Però i soldi del sabato se li prendono. In più camera 401 c'è un continuo rumore di scarico d'acqua rumore che disturba molto il sonno.Poi ho letto le recensioni su TripAdvisor e ho capito che sono proprio vergognosi con tutti... O cambiate modalità o vi meritate di fallire.

Bellissima location nel cuore di Bergamo ubicata su piazza Pontida. Ci sono stato più volte, in camere diverse sempre ben curate nel design, spaziose, con macchina del caffè, bollitore, bottiglia d'acqua. Letti molto comodi e smart tv con accesso alle piattaforme incluso. Comodissimo per potersi concedere una passeggiata, una cena, un aperitivo nel cuore di Bergamo

We waited an hour and a half in the cold. No one told us that a self-check was needed. We booked through the provider, when we contacted them they didn't have that information either. The phone that is on the website was unavailable, because we asked passers-by to call for us that number, since they didn't have whatsup?? They managed to get them from our agency, they sent us instructions for self check in, but it was not possible to do it on the phone 20 minutes. In the end, the agency did it for us and we got a code to enter the hotel. They didn't even send the room number, they had to call again... so... if this service wasn't there, the hotel is great, but this is Terribly frivolous... ps in the cafe next to, where we connected to the wifi they told us that this is a common occurrence!

PESADILLA en el Bérgamo Inn: la peor experiencia hotelera de nuestra vida! Lo primero denunciar tanto a Booking como al propio alojamiento por aceptar reservas fuera del horario de check-in. Ese fue nuestro caso, a las 23:15h me confirman la reserva para esa noche y la siguiente. Cuando llegamos al hotel pudimos acceder al hall gracias a que había una pareja esperando a que le dieran (vía WhatsApp) un código de acceso. Efectivamente en la recepción no había más que unas instrucciones para hacer el checkin telefónicamente. Comenzamos el proceso, obtenemos respuesta del alojamiento confirmando datos y después de 10 minutos no volvemos a saber de ellos. Como acababan de proporcionar el código a la citada pareja, que llevaban una hora esperándolo según nos dijeron, pensábamos que nos ocurriría lo mismo. Eran las 12 de la noche. Sin embargo no ocurrió así. Intentamos contactar varias veces a lo largo de la noche, llamando al teléfono allí indicado y enviando diversos WhatsApps. La callada por respuesta. Tuvimos que "dormir" tirados en el hall habiendo pagado 100€ por esa noche. Y gracias que nos encontramos a aquellos huéspedes, sino hubiéramos tenido que dormir en la calle. A la mañana siguiente, con un cabreo impresionante, intenté contactar con ellos desde primera hora de la mañana, pero no fue hasta las 10h cuando se ponen en contacto con nosotros. Lejos de disculparse, lo único que le importaba al alojamiento es que le diera los datos que faltaban si quería acceder ese día a la habitación. Absolutamente inhumanos, interesados únicamente por ingresar, maleducados... Sin palabras... Por supuesto hablé también con Booking porque no queríamos dormir la siguiente noche allí y queríamos que nos devolvieran el importe de una reserva de la que no habíamos disfrutado. Nos contestan ambos que el importe no se iba a devolver, por lo que tuvimos que aceptar sus condiciones. NUNCA recomendaré esta cadena, es vergonzoso. Pero más indignante fue ver cómo están aliados estos impresentables con Booking puesto que fue el único alojamiento donde no se nos envió el correo para dejar una reseña de nuestra pésima experiencia en dicho hotel.

Beautiful place to stay in an amazing city. Location perfect- situated in the centre, every thing is nearby. Clean your rooms every day. Awe had a very pleasant stay. Thank you 🙏🏾

Attenti scrivono che si possono cambiare date non trovano ma nemmeno cercano una data disponibile pur di addebitare il Costo elevato della camera sono pessimi maleducate al telefono Booking non riesce a contattarli sono una struttura da togliere da Booking mai accaduto in 15 anni! Fanno schifo!

The bad bits - we weren't sent the email with the access pin so I had to chase this. It took 4 phonecalls but got there in the end. Once we paid the city tax through the link, we were instantly sent the code. No issue accessing the building upon arrival. Whilst we were there, we had a few issues - the Aircon broke on day 2, the battery stopped working in the electronic keypad and we had problems getting into the room. We had to message the WhatsApp and it took hours to get a response. It's horrible not having anyone on site, you are left on your own basically. There are not enough sockets and 4 clothes hangers for a week is not enough either. No real storage but we worked around it. Checkout was at 11 but our flight wasn't until 22.55. requested to pay to keep the room for longer but not an option. Have never stayed in a hotel where you cannot do this or where luggage storage isn't an option. The room was beautiful ,huge comfy bed, good Aircon when it worked, lovely view over Piazza Pontida, great shower and towels changed regularly and room cleaned. If you are from the UK, your adapters won't work on all sockets in the room. We had two sockets only for hairdryers, phones, iron etc. Location is really good and the windows in the room are great for soundproofing as the piazza is super lively! I would stay here again as the location is great and the building/rooms are lovely but the lack of service is a disgrace to be honest. So many reviews saying the same but no response?

En este hotel me robaron la cartera mientras desayunaba, al ser fin de semana, no había recepción y el teléfono para hablar con ellos sin posibilidad de ser atendido. Al día siguiente me hacen extorsión pidiendo dinero por mis documentos, escribo un email al hotel, para que me ayuden y tampoco recibo respuesta. Dejo el teléfono desde el que me hicieron el soborno , para que quede constancia

I'll start with the bad bits, getting in your room is difficult to say the least, we never recived the email with the access code details, but luckily a couple who had already checked in allowed us in the reception area, and this is never manned, there is never anyone at this location to help. We did find a whatsapp number to ask questions, but this is behind the locked access door, so unless someone lets you in, you will never find it. We encountered numerous people having the same issue, so helped them to contact the company running the building. This is a fundamental flaw in the companies access setup, they need to review this as there have been lots of negative reviews because of it. That said, the building is lovely, rooms are clean and well laid out, some only have windows into a covered courtyard, but they are still nice rooms. The location is amazing, right on a main square with bars, restaurants and shops, a great stay, but only after the nightmare of thinking we had been scammed and wouldnt be able to get access.

We just had 4 nights stay in Bergamo Inn21. It was Easy check in if you follow the instructions thru the email. Some review were saying it’s fraud. As they sent the link to pay tourist tax. The key code sent after you’ve paid the tourist tax and you could only able to check in at 3pm (check in time). Kindly note that there’s no reception in the premises. Room was great interior and practical functions. The Highlight of our stay : it’s super strategic and easy to go everywhere. Near the supermarket, restaurant and to train station. Even nearest bus stop was only few steps away. We have got super neat room with balcony no. 104 Room for improvement: •Toilet door and seat make noises whenever used. • the cleaner need to vacuum under the bed We are recommending this hotel for those who wants to visit Bergamo and other cities thru Bergamo.

Pas du tout sérieux. Réservation faite via booking.com sans problème, sauf qu’après plus aucun contact. Nous n’avons jamais reçu les instructions de chek-in, malgré de multiples relances (et celles de booking). Nous nous sommes tout de même rendu sur place, mais il n’y a pas dé réception, tout se fait de manière autonome selon les instructions. Obligé de faire intervenir booking.com pour annuler la réservation et ne pas être débité et retrouver un autre hotel. Je recommande sans hésitation l’hotel Excelsior 4* pour le même prix

Pues, durante mi estancia, la bajante del aire acondicionado empezó a soltar agua, por tanto, se formaba un charco en la entrada de la habitación. Se comentó con dirección y la solución fue: la chica de abajo subía cuando yo no estaba a fregarlo. En fin, un despróposito. Las habitaciones están bien. Algo sucias. El baño no estaba bien saneado. El colchín tenía marcas de sangre. No sé, mejorable. Yo pagué unos 38 euros por noche. No me puedo quejar por ello, pero sí por la atención recibida pars resolver los inconvenientes surgidos.
