Parfait pour visiter le vieux Bergame. Attention toutefois si l'hôtel offre 20% de réduction au restaurant Il Sole à 20 mètres : on y a très mal mangé ... et ce restaurant a le même propriétaire que l'hôtel Piazza Vecchia !

Hotel muy céntrico con muy buena ubicación. Buen desayuno y habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda . En recepción nos pidieron un taxi. Volvería a alojarme sin ninguna duda Lo recomiendo

Pluses: Very reasonable prices (at least in shoulder season). Extremely convenient location in the heart of Bergamo high town, just steps from Piazza Vecchia. Adequate, but not large, rooms. Decent breakfast buffet is included. English-speaking front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Minuses: Steep stairs from street to lobby (but stair elevator available for the disabled). Being on the main tourist drag means lots of street noise late into the evening; air conditioning was turned off for the season so choice in our street-facing room was noisy or warm and stuffy. Pluses definitely outweighed the minuses, but see if you can get a room facing away from the street.

Hôtel très bien situé, central Très bel accueil, parlant français, aimable et souriante Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain très spacieuse Logement propre Petit-dejeuner suffisant il y avait de tout, œufs durs, fruits frais, croissant, charcuterie fromage etc..

Emplacement parfait ! Petit déjeuner trop trop Light dommage. Les chambres sont agréables C'est propre, personnel très sympa. Nous leur avons demandé des recommandations de restos et franchement super.

通りに面したドアを開けると、フロントがある2階までは階段です。フロントの女性にスーツケースを上げるのを手伝ってもらいましたが、なかなか大変でした。チェックアウトの時は裏の建物のエレベーターに案内してもらい降りることが出来ましたが、チェックインの時には裏の入口の場所は分かりません。部屋はわりと広かったのですが、ゴミ箱がなくて不便でした。

The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. The blonde lady with damaged hair working is the rudest lady Iv ever met, she is so dismissive and rude when we were asking for help becuse there was no power or hot water. She needs a lesson in customer service to say the least. However the lady with dark hair on the desk was lovely.

Clean, comfortable, ideal location, staff were cheerful, extremely helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. In two words - absolutely delightful! Can't wait to go back.

Hôtel en plein centre du quartier historique dans une zone de restriction de circulation. Les chambres sont très belles et grandes, petit balcon, tout le centre historique est au pied de l'hôtel ainsi que les commerces et restaurants. L'hôtel n'a pas de parking, et est dans une zone de restriction, il faut demander à l'hôtel de réserver une place dans un parking public à 200/300m et qu'ils fassent le nécessaire pour déclarer votre voiture sur un site internet pour ne pas avoir à payer une amande, ce qu'ils font aisément! Du coup, il faut trainer ou porter ses bagages du parking jusqu'à l'hôtel dans des rues pavées qui défoncent les roulettes des valises et comme la réception est au 1er étage d'un immeuble il faut encore monter les bagages de la rue au 1 étage via un escalier étroit. Après l'hôtel est équipé d'un ascenseur pour l'accès aux chambres.

We had a really lovely 2 night stay here. Right from the start the reception was welcoming and friendly. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. We opted for the balcony king and really enjoyed it. The ladies who run this place are very hospitable and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. We had a mid afternoon flight and there’s a cute little living room where we waited after check out. Overall this is a perfect location for exploring Citta Alta and the hotel prices reflect its top location and services in a touristy spot. Note of advice, check the hotel website for directions, access and parking. Our Uber was confused about which part of citta alta he could access so I guided him with instructions from the website. Basically driving and private parking seemed like a nightmare the higher you go.

Sono rimasta delusa soprattutto dal sevizio dell'hotel, una camera da 190 euro a notte, bellina sì, ma nulla di eccezionale, una macchinetta del caffè ok apprezzabilissima ma non eravamo ad un b&b, avrei preferito un servizio molto più attento su le cose che ci si aspetta di un hotel da 190 euro la notte, i servizi essenziali di un 4 stelle, non possono pensare che una camera con una mano di vernice sul muro e un dipinto, sia bella abbastanza per colmare tutti gli altri vuoti! Questi soldi non sono assolutamente giustificati!! Una camera senza balcone e tavolini per quella cifra... senza pantofole (potevano andar bene anche quelle economiche in cottone bianche, le classiche!) Sono rimasta scalza per tutto il tempo che eravamo in camera. Senza cuffiette per i capelli, (anche lì bastavano quelle super economiche per chi acquista all'ingrosso...) senza dentifricio... senza spazzolino... ha piovuto quando eravamo lì senza ombrelli a disposizione dei clienti... un totale non c'è, non ne abbiamo... Il personale educato sì, e anche disponibile, ma non basta!! quello è davvero il minimo!! io personalmente non lo consiglio, troppo cari per poco o niente servizi... Non è un 4 stelle. La posizione è ok. Ma ripeto: non basta!

Charming hotel in the Citta Alta, the room was spacious with a sizeable bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 twin beds, a desk and armoire. Room looked out on the main street and just remember to ask for help in getting the blinds closed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of variety to satisfy tastes. The 2 ladies who worked reception both day and night were fantastic and incredibly helpful with information on museums to visit, restaurants (we got discounts for both staying at the hotel), and arranging taxis. Otherwise in easy walking distance of all of the attractions in Citta Alta, the funicular to the Citta Bassa on one side and out to city buses on the other side. There are 20 steps when you get to the hotel entrance and a chairlift for wheelchairs of needed which was great. There's an elevator once inside tbe hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Nous avons séjournez à l'hôtel au mois de juillet, et c'est un véritable coup de cœur ! La chambre est vraiment propre, fonctionnelle, jolie et avec une vie superbe, bien qu'elle soit du côté rue il n'y a aucun bruit! De plus bergame est merveilleuse, tout est à proximité de l'hotel nous avons tout fait à pied ! Le personne est au petit soin super gentil et toujours prêt à répondre à vos questions et à vous arranger. Pour le parking vous n'avez qu'à donné votre plaque à l'hôtel et ils vous donne l'adresse du parking qui est gardé c'est super secure !!! Il est sur que nous reviendrons!
