Save yourself the trouble and do not go here!
The worst cappuccino I've had in all of Italy, sandwiches were old on stale bread and the croissant was like a stone.
Additionally, the bathrooms were disgusting and had no working sinks (really great for customer and employee hygiene) be weary!

Good spot for a very quick bit or a grab and go. You won't get the best espresso, but it is decent. Morning pastries are OK, but a little dry. Also bottles of water and miscellaneous convenience goods.

Whilst it appeared a little run down and not much to offer with food, we ordered a cheese and ham panino, the bread was a little stale. In saying that the staff were pleasant.

This little beauty is right outside the Lucca train station and provides very quick service with a smile.
On each occasion (4 x times) we were consistently met with friendly and efficient staff who made excellent coffees at incredibly reasonable prices.

Punto di sosta comodo poiché vicino alla stazione. Il cibo è buono e l'ambiente gradevole. Punto forte il servizio, cordiali e attenti, rendono la permanenza piacevole. È possibile acquistare bubble tea e granita di frutta, perfetti per un momento di ristoro.

Soprattutto gentilezza e cortesia. Tipica del personale orientale. Sanno essere gentili e mai invadenti.
Ho consumato un trancio di pizza ,base congelata ma ben coperta di pomodoro . Un po' sciapa. Il caffè non male ma si capisce che chi lo fa non ha quell'istinto tipico italiano ,poco male.
L'ambiente è recettoriale,tipico anche dei ristoranti cinesi,poco spazio alla fantasia ed abbellimenti.
Un locale valido comunque per una colazione o un aperitivo aspettando il treno. Io ci vado diverse volte.
Basterebbe poco poco ner migliorare

Do not go here, it is the most expensive place that I did in my life !
We decided to take a bottle of water before our train. We share a sparkling water 1,5L and the price was 8 euros.
