Pessimo posto, spritz e altri cocktail veramente scadenti e sopratutto volevano che si pagasse un conto unico e non ognuno il suo, essendo che eravamo in 10 a loro scocciava fare 10 pagamenti diversi col POS.

Went here during Lucca comics for dinner. That being said, when we sat down the restaurant was not super busy- several tables were empty. Almost immediately our order was taken (2 pork sandwiches and 2 cokes- the sandwich was a special for the day). Our cokes came out a few minutes later with a promise that our sandwiches would be out soon. An hour later my husband finally managed to get a servers attention - it was starting to get busy also- to ask about our sandwiches. The wait staff said she would go ask- different people came 3 more times telling us that we had already gotten our sandwiches when we got our cokes- my husband, and my response was no we hadn't, if we had where were our plates... No one had been to our table since we'd gotten our drinks. We did finally get them, and they were ok, but nothing special. After this experience I doubt we will ever go there again. We also paid more than full price for the meal- the sandwich with a drink was €6, we paid €14 for 2.
Had it been any other time I would have given a 1 star review, I'm giving credit for the fact that Lucca comics is a crazy time in the city

Un rinconcito muy mono. La comida muy rica a un precio muy muy asequible. Si coméis allí, yo recomiendo pedir la foccacina (4€) y una pasta o ensalada con salsa para combinarlo. Nosotros pedimos eso para 2 y quedamos encantados.
El único motivo por el que no pongo 5 estrellas es porque durante un rato pusieron música (jazz, nada muy molesto) un poco fuerte.

Bruschetta’s waren top! De tortelli op luccaanse wijze is geweldig. Pasta carbonada was goed. Voor de tortelli ben ik nog een keer terug geweest, absolute aanrader.

Fermati per fare un aperitivo...trovato personale accogliente..ottimo aperitivo con focaccine e patatine da accompagnamento...la prossima volta che mi trovo a Lucca ci tornerò sicuramente.. consigliatissimo

TL;DR: A nice experience for the price, however it had minor inconveniences like lackluster restaurant placement and loud music.
Food (4/5):
I ordered Cacio e Pepe, which is basically spaghetti with cheese and pepper (as seen in the attached picture). The taste was nice, but the cheese became overpowering towards the end of the meal. For beverages, I had a bottle of water, which was a bit lukewarm. Overall, for the price, it was very satisfactory.
Service (5/5):
I have no complaints about the service. The servers were helpful and attentive. The food arrived quickly, and we were seated and served promptly, even though the restaurant was decently crowded.
Atmosphere (3/5):
The atmosphere was just alright. The chairs had no padding, and there was a speaker playing loud music right above us, making it hard to talk. There wasn't much to look at, other than people walking by and storefronts.

The food was very bad (overcooked, dry, over-salted). It took very long to prepare and our food didn't even come at the same time. After sending it back it took a long time again. The service was okay (they quickly found us a table and were kind, but took some time with the drinks while there were 10 waiters), however no compensation for the awful food. Everything food and drink wise was the worst we have experienced in Italy yet, service again was okay. We don't recommend going here.

Good food but horrible service. The food was very slow to come out which hasn't been the case in the more than 4 days we've in Lucca. The waitress seemed bothered and irritated. Maybe she's having a bad day but when her boyfriend police officer drove by, she certainly seemed to give him a big smile and a wink. There are kits of restaurants, I suggest you find another one.

Goromba viselkedés.
Betegségem miatt kértem, hogy engedjenek be mosdóba, mire elsőre elküldtek. Másodjára visszamentem sírva hogy engedjenek be, akkor beengedtek azzal a feltétellel, hogyha fogyasztok. Ami igazán rosszul esett, hogy a barátomnak azt hazudták, nem értették mit mondok, pedig érdekes módon válaszoltak a kérdésemre.

Smaczne ale przede wszystkim włoskie miejsce w Lukka! Miła obsługa, czysto jak na pobliskie miejsca. Duże porcje. Prawdziwy włoski styl. Głośno i klimatycznie. Pizza, carbonara, pyszną wołowina i cudne risotto z owocami morza a do tego aperol spritz😁

Una volta, e mai piú!
Servizzio veloce, ma non gentile.
La focaccia era un impasto di pizza troppo sottile e duro con tantissima salamoia troppo salata, che metta ne basta. La pizza con il crudo era parzialmente brucciata e il sugo di pomodoro molto agro.
La birra artificiale suggerita dalla chef de rang era nemeno buona, perche di gusto molto speciale.
Tutto sommato una fregatura di turisti e nient altro.

We had the most amazing food here. Best meal in Italy thus far. Local House wine taste really good and very reasonable at €20, a bottle. We then had an antipasti meal and cheese board which was plenty for 5 to share. For our main course, we had 2 x salmon, 2 x pork and one tricolour which was mouthwateringly good. Would waiter was very attentive and friendly 💕👏👏
