My wife and I stayed overnight at AR Suites and Art. The hotel is excellent. Tye room was more of a suite than just a hotel room with a table and kitchenette that was fully stocked with dishes, plates, etc. The service was excellent and they let us store our bags there before we were able to check in and after we checked out until our train arrived. They have a good breakfast for an extra fee and the price for our room was very reasonable. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. 1. The bed was very hard and not very comfortable. 2. Their spa is only open until 19:30. If a person is spending the day seeing the sights in Bergamo the spa should be open until at least 22:00. However, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Great place, modern decorations, big room, nice breakfast. Close to the railway station but also to the city. We spent a wonderful week-end. It was a short stay, therefore our program didn't allow us to use the spa. We would like to come again and enjoy everything this hotel has to ofer to the fullest.

Organizzazione e facilità nel prenotare TOP con una cortesia che ultimamente non si trova più... Struttura comodissima e vicinissima alla stazione. Bisogna solo stare attenti a girare a piedi la sera.

A VERY clean and very modern accommodation with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly with good communication skills and knowledge of the areaThe room was very spacious, and useful amenities provided included blow dryer, hair straighteners, many different sizes of towels and the shower was amazing. The kitchen area including a seating/dining area and the appliances were very useful and included a microwave, stove top, toaster, coffee machine and kettle and the fridge had many drinks for free. A sound system was available the good sound quality and easy to connect. The breakfast was good value for money, convenient and good variety of food including different fresh fruit juices every morning. Access to your room included using a code so no lost or non functioning key cards to worry about.

Très belle expérience . Je recommande. Nous sommes restes 1 nuit. L’hôtel est splendide et original , je n’ai pas essayé le spa, la chambre spacieuse , belle , confortable. Petit déjeuner copieu et bon. L’accueil et le personnel agréable et professionnel. À bientôt

Ottima struttura a due passi dal centro di Bergamo Bassa. Ristrutturata recentemente, camera pulita e staff cordiale e disponibile. Anche la colazione ottima, varia e con prodotti espressi preparati nella bella cucina a vista. Unica piccola pecca (che probabilmente dipende dal fatto che non veniamo dalla città e non siamo abituati): nelle due strade che portano in centro, gli assembramenti di gruppi di persone che non danno impressione di sicurezza, soprattutto durante le ore serali.

Eccezionale hotel per la visita di Bergamo. 2 km a piedi per la funicolare. Personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Parcheggio comodo.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato nel Vs hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera era perfetta, la posizione è ideale per chi vuole visitare Bergamo. Ottimo il buffet della colazione. Lo staff è cordiale e accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente

Un gioiello nel centro di Bergamo. AR Art & Suites è una struttura molto moderna, ambienti pulitissimi e curati in tutti i dettagli. Grandissima attenzione all’igiene, materassi e guanciali di alto comfort, sinceramente mai trovati prima in altri hotels. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta ed esigenza. Colazione con prodotti biologici e di alta qualità. L’hotel è situato molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Sarà di sicuro il nostro unico punto di riferimento ogni qualvolta torneremo a Bergamo.

Tra arte ed ambienti raffinati sarete accolti da uno staff gentile, premuroso e disponibile. Monolocale accogliente e pulito, letto e guanciali comodissimi, con un elevata attenzione all' igiene. Mi è dispiaciuto molto lasciare questo posto ed in futuro sarà di certo l' unica mia scelta se dovessi di nuovo soggiornare a Bergamo! Ad Maiora Semper!

Stayed with my husband only for a night and wished we could have stayed more! The place itself is very chic - beautifully curated art and furniture everywhere. You'll feel inspired. The spa was perfect, more than enough rooms to try and feel relaxed. Everything is new and clean! I loved the service too, the staff has been amazing. I would absolutely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Accanto alla stazione ma struttura nuova, molto molto ben ristrutturata, insonorizzata, bella e pulita. Non attentissimo il personale di accoglienza (solo all'arrivo abbiamo saputo che la sala colazione non era disponibile per la mattina del nostro soggiorno), ma comunque gentile. Discreta la spa. Lievemente costoso per ciò che offre e per la zona a Bergamo

This property is really cozy and clean. Big room with fresh renovation and good sound insulation. Good location near the railway station. 10 minutes from Airport Bergamo. Tasty breakfast and very nice staff. Recommend
